"Arbat" is right in the city. On the side street near Old Arbat. If you stay there and deside to invite a girl you'll have to talk to security in advance, because they may want some money to open the door (they lock it for the night). Outstanding report, Stravinsky. I made a visit to the sister kv <<Kapriz back in December and had a similar experience. Actually almost every time I go to one of these places I leave happy.- that is to say happy that I didn't blow an extra 7500r at Nightflight or some such place.

Kapriz is right down the street from the Chistiye Prudy metro and I was able to negotiate fairly well even with my limited Russian, though I had a tough time figuring out the podyez. Here are some of my favorite "regular girl" pick-up joints:
