If you read the packageing and it contains do's and don't it will tell you of possible side effects. Headaches, back or muscle pain etc. Different drugs effect people in different ways. That is why a doctor will start you out on the lowest strength and see what happens. Don't start out on the high end and work down, these are drugs after all.
A further note but not a criticism of anyone, is if in shape you won't need them. Many people are in shape but have diabetes, heart situations and many other physical ailments. As we get older not all things work like when we were 20. I for one am in good shape still sometimes I use them, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I like 3 shots a day, sometimes I only want one. Circumstances play a part of usage.

100 mg Kamagra is of course much stronger than 25 mg Viagra and massively cheaper.
You could buy 25 mg Viagra which might be the perfect dosage for you, but you would waste a lot of money, when it's much cheaper to use a fragment of a Kamagra, be it quarter, or half.

Buying Viagra is actually more risk of being ripped off, since you might pay a Viagra price, but get given immitation Viagra, not made by the original company. You wouldn't know unless your have an original pack to do a close comparison of watermarks, hologram, etc.
Lots of medicine / pills are available in cheaper generic varieties. E. G. You can buy expensive Azithromycin for Chlamydia, or a much cheaper generic equivalent, Ciproflax will have a cheaper generic, Telfast probably has a cheap alternative, etc.
Thailand, is the country where Levis might not be Levis, Adidas might not be, Viagra might not be, Louis Vitton might not be, etc. Unless you go to a very official store.
P.S. Mackin made a good point. Getting fit and losing weight may be a great sex power boost alternative to Pills. Having lost 7 Kg. myself, a long sex session hardly raises a sweat now and I don't find myself breathing heavily any more. Still at least another 7 Kg. to go. I will then be walking on cloud 9. There used to be a famous ISGer who lost a massive amount of weight and then became a sex-titan with all day multi-girl tag team sex marathons. He did take a lot of vitamins though, of many types.
