Bangkok Reports
[blue]Greetings Everyone,

I recently cleaned up this thread by deleting a number of off-topic and otherwise pointless posts, as well as a number responses made by other forum members to these deleted posts.

The issue was regarding the use of the term "Jap" to refer to persons of Japanese ancestry.

Stated concisely: Some of you need to turn your "sensitivity radars" down a few notches.

Anyway, this cleanup process is not perfect, and it's possible that I may have inadvertently deleted a few otherwise legitimate posts. If you find that your own report was also deleted, please don't take it personally.

Thanks,

Jackson.

PS, I think MongerNick stated it perfectly:[/blue]
I agree with Jackson, turn down your sensitivity radar, and enjoy life a little more.

Political correctness and all that. This is a Monger Forum. I also agree with what MongerNick said.

This famous massage parlor is known worldwide for its special massage, unique services and pretty masseuses. In business for 12 years, the business has built up a worldwide following and reputation and is one of the first stops for many visitors to Bangkok. The business has 50 full time employees with a payroll of around 1. 5 million a month.

The well-appointed 4 storey building has 8 private, nicely decorated rooms and covers 176 sqm over 4 floors with a monthly rent of 220, 000 baht that is negotiated on a year to year basis. Due to its worldwide reputation and return clientele this highly profitable business sees annual receipts of 37 million baht and a net profit of over 11. 6 million baht.

Located in the heart of Sukhumvit, this business is a destination of its own and that is reflected in its popularity.

The current owners purchased it over two years ago but are looking to sell as they wish to expand into other business.

ASKING PRICE: 35 million Baht.

Who has a guess?
You DFK a girl in a specialist BJ bar? That nice sweet taste was the residual of the last 25 BBBBCIM's she had done that day. Remember not to kiss mum when you get back home.LOL osco
She probably wishes to do 24 BBBJCIM a week! That will make about less than 4 per day. I don't think they score more than that, honestly
Someone from Canada is a Canuck.

Someone from the United States of America is an American.

Someone from Thailand is a Thai.

So what does that make someone from Japan?

Get over it.

The New England Patriots are the Pats.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are the Jags.

So what does that make the Tenessee Titans?
The British are the Brits,

The Australians are the Aussies.

I mentioned in the Bangkok Hotels thread that I would check out a new bar / club in Soi 33 soon: Lips.

Went there 2 days ago with a friend. Bar had 3 customers, approx. 10 girls, some of them are coyote dancers.

Very strange design, plain walls, no decoration, colors red, white, black. Tiles on the floor, steel-plastic furniture, everything is designed very technocratic and cold. I personally don't like it.

Music much too loud. 2 girls dancing on a kind of coyote stations, elevated platforms (1m above the floor) with some metal handles. Very strange.

A mamasan came to us to check out whether we wanted girls. I assume there will be coyote dancers (not going out with customers) and available hostesses. Girls quality was so-so, quite young girls for Soi 33. But not too bad.

Prices normal, bottle Singha 0. 33 l THB 149, 00. That's the same price as in Mojo's and Renoir (Livingstone's is of course cheaper :) ).

I don't know, may be I am too old for this new places, but I will not return. It just doesn't feel good. I still prefer Mojo's.

We did not ask for the girl prices, but one of my customers next day told me, that he was quoted THB 1,600.00 bar fine and THB 5,000.00 for all night.
Hello guys,

I am planning to visit Bangkok and Phuket and want to ask has it been raining a lot?

What is level of activity these days. Are places open and running, tourists around or is it usually slow in the rain? Especially in Phuket. Don't want to land up being the only poor soul walking around drenched looking for some action.
We have had heavy rains. All SP were washed into the sea. And there is not one tourist around because every one that made it to an airport in Thailand immediately got on board of another plane that flew him out!

Who has a guess?
Going back to my original roots.

37 Mio THB is 3. 1 Mio THB per month what brings around 100K THB per day.

My guess is between 150 and 250 paying customers a day.

Looking to the profit data 50% of labor costs seems high but honestly I don't now Thailand data.

The net profit of 30% is normal in this context. The building-rent is the question mark.

The 176 sqm is not large and I guess this is wrong. The rental cost is 7%..

I also do not understand the 8 private rooms.

Imagine 30 people of staff and 30 customers on one moment the 176 square meters is overloaded.

So it seems that so information is missing.

I do not have any clue with parlor this must be.

But if the rest of the data is trustworth its BIG business. Anyone up who wants to invest 1. 0 Mio USD and become the owner of this
...But if the rest of the data is trustworth its BIG business. Anyone up who wants to invest 1. 0 Mio USD and become the owner of this
1 mio USD buys a lot of pussy and beer. Why would I want to invest that in a country like Thailand to buy trouble?
What's the prize?
I will by a few beers for you when I'm there in Oct.

One of the joys of Bangkok is having a good haircut by a Thai lady whose boobs and crutch seem to be in contact most of the time. This followed by a manicure, a pedicure and a foot massage is an excellent first day activity in the morning. There used to be a place off Soi 9 (?) which then offered a full body massage which on occasions turned into B2B and FS.

Where?
