The only way is to get tested immediately and then again after 35-40 days to make sure as in few cased HIV is not detected in first 40-45 days.

Walk to any diagnostic center and get tested. No one will ask questions. Its very common now. I also get tested every 6 months.

If any infection there both test show between 17 to 40 days after exposure. Is result negative be happy.
