Though Prague isn't cheap anymore and not particularly user friendly for foreigners. But Prague has many prives and some redlight áreas. There used to be a fairly large complex just across the river, in a part of town called Holesovice, that served as an indoors RLD. It has been a while since I have visited Czech so I don't know if that place is still around or not.
