And in the USA? "Texans on average are paying 16 cents per kilowatt hour which is 12.3% below the national average. The average for the USA in 2024 was 16.5. In 2020, it was 13 cents. So Europe is going from 35 to 34 cents and the USA is gong up from 16 to 17 cents, and the point is we need to do what Europe is doing. Really?
