Speaking of Mixx, I rode by there last week thinking about going to Lima Lima that someone had posted about a while back. I did not see the Lima Lima sign there anymore and saw an Indian flag instead. Maybe that explains the cover charge they were talking about. The Indian discos that I have been to the foyer of here all charge to get in. There was also some destruction going on to another part of the building.

It seems that part of the building was built illegally. I'm quoting a response posted about a month ago from another site.
"I spoke to some people in the know last night at Mixx (It is still open.) That front section of Lima Lima, the veranda being torn down, is illegal and will be removed as it is now. The back section, where Mask is (Which is now closed) will be removed.
At this time, Mixx, Brooklyn and the little diners in the front and Starbucks are all legal and will remain. Lima Lima, the inside part, will remain. For now.
They are likely to only destroy the offending locations and save the rest of the building. Mixx is 100% legal and in the legal part of the building before other owners encroached and are fighting this tooth and nail (Obviously, it was packed wall to wall last night)".
Firstly, as the title says, Thank you guys. I've learned a ton of information before every stepping foot in Pattaya from you all. I've RTFT about 500+ pages of reports over the past 26 months of lurking (BKK / Pattaya). I finally made an account a few months back on ISG. Now I'd like to give back since I've learned so much from you all. I'll be spending the $20 to connect with some of you for my Nov-Jan trip soon too.
For anyone planning a first time trip – read up, be prepared, know your pricing for different activities and learn a couple Thai words / phrases. Then when you actually get to Pattaya, you'll likely forget it all and let your horny desires take hold, enjoy yourself. I am still new to the P4P scene, but ISG helps immensely.
My first trip to Thailand was to BKK in April of 2014. It was a short, only 4 days. I booked it on a horny whim while traveling in Europe. Found a cheap flight from BCN and off I went with Emirates Air. (Their flight crew is beautiful and service is top notch. Not what I'm used to from the US) Landed in BKK and off I went to the Majestic Grande. I was unprepared and had no idea what I was getting into then, but I knew after 4 days / nights that I found my new favorite destination of travel / short retirements / remote work destination. What happened in the next 96 hours was. Eye-opening, life-altering, wild, dirty nasty fun. I'the never experienced anything quite like NEP and Soi Cowboy. I felt like a deer in headlights my first night walking around, taking it all in. The girls, the smiles, the sexy tan skin, the skinny little things walking around with barley a skirt and high heels on, girls tugging at you to bring you into their club / bar / go-go. This was all new. I read about it, heard about it, watched YouTube about it, but none of that really prepared me for my first night walking around Soi Cowboy and NEP and sitting at one of the bars on Sukhumvit Soi4 after dark people watching or going to Annie's Soapie Massage for a late afternoon soapie.

Been back to Thailand 7 times since 2014 and can't wait to go back at the end of Nov. I can post some past reports from the last couple years if that would be wanted, they are out dated, but still in my memory bank. My recent trip was in April / May 2016.
April 2016 - Day 1/2.
My flight leaving LAX was delayed 3+hours on the tarmac. Ugh not a good start, I was connecting in NRT which I now had anxiety about making that connection. Couple guys on the plane were going to BKK also a bit nervous about making that connection. Arrived to NRT arrival, learned connection already left. Re-booked on another flight ETD 1 hour from then, perfect. Nope, didn't happen, plane has mechanical issues. Delayed 2 hours. The'oh! I finally arrived in BKK; 5 hours later than I should have. It was 11 pm. I was tired, but I knew what was ahead, Pattaya pussy. I'the hoped to be already with a PYT at the Areca Lodge by 11 pm, but not tonight.
My routine is customs, ATM, TrueMove, Taxi stand. (This is probably everyone's routine now that I think about it). Negotiated a taxi for 1,100 bht tolls included (not Mr. T, but decent pricing and newer van). Thanks to you guys I knew what I should pay for a taxi to Pattaya.
Arrived to Areca Lodge around 1:30 am. Showered and off I went looking for that ice breaker. Didn't bother going to LK Metro, directly to WS. I was smiling ear to ear on the motorbike while we were zipping down the streets, looking at all the lovely ladies in their short shorts and mini skirts. I love Thailand and especially Thai girls.
Got dropped on soi Diamond. Walked down the street to grab a beer and water from 7/11, but wanted to check out the talent as I strolled down the street. Just like I remember in from my Dec'15/ Jan'16 trip. Sexy girls everywhere.

It has been a lovely time that I have spent here. Thanks to all members who keep posting their experiences. It really helps us for our short visits. Was here for 3 days and spent time with 6 girls.
