There are a couple of other options for daytime mongering.

There are at least 3 pubs, all associated with hotels, where you can pop in for a drink as early as mid-day. By 1 pm on weekdays, the places will usually have more working girls than men. Typical rates for ST can be negotiated as low as AED 300 + either 50 or 100 for a room for Vietnamese and Chinese food. Some people pay higher, but even fairly good-looking dishes can be eaten for that rate. Central Asian and Eastern European food tends to be about AED 200 or so higher across all categories.

And now, we move to another option where I've had fairly good experiences: Brothels disguised as AMPS. There are a number spread out across the city. Typical prices could be AED 200 for an hour to 300 for better quality companions and, in some cases, even AED 400. As long as you know these numbers, you are in a stronger negotiating position. As the quoted rack-rates are much higher. Think of it like negotiating the tuk-tuk fare in Bangkok. And, if you want to get a really friendly experience in such a place, just take a box of chocolates and tell the girl it's your gift for her! Or a bottle of wine (if you buy a couple extra from arrivals duty-free).

I a happy to report, am the proud owner of a one bed apartment in a very discreet part of town. Ample parking, basement access and will always be green. Intend to use this apartment solely for my personal leisure activities. Am making the room into nice bedroom with all the things I like to keep handy when fucking.
