What does poor little rich RV solar, have to do with the real world issues?
LOL. Tell me Spidy if alternative energy is so damned great, why are electricity prices higher in places like California and Europe who are shoving alternative energy up everyone else's nose?
Dude, one has nothing to do with the other! So stop asking unrelated questions w/r to LCOE, that you know nothing about. As you're ONLY embarrassing yourself!
Here is a real life example. I have solar panels on the RV, and they charge the RV's battery. ... And the other part that cracks me up is that the first time I charged the battery, it was A / c power which is 60% fossil fuels.
LOL! Elvis 2008, is bitching about his first world RV "rooftop solar" problems,...meanwhile the poorest of the poor, in places like Pakistan (in Emerging Markets), are taking out loans, dipping into personal savings and selling their precious items, like their prized gold pieces, to buy solar panels, to solve actual real world problems, like powering their homes with rooftop solar, or irrigating their corps with DIY-mobile solar panels, instead of expensively fueled dirty non-renewable diesel generators.
So forgive me, if I find the hubris of your RV dilemma, as nothing more than gibberish, if this is what passes for a debate, on world energy issues, facing our planet, in MAGA circles.
P.S. Oh BTW, it just so happens, that maybe, the Pakistani farmer's portable mobile accordion solar panel irrigation solution, may just have something in common with your RV dilemma?
When hot damn, doesn't mean hot damn and it's all hot air?
Hot damn, an energy discussion!
Crickets! LOL!
WTF! What happened to that so called "energy debate", you were "hot damning" about? What, all talk and no action?
I can see why Tiny quit responding to you.
When did Elvis 2008, become the MAGA mouth piece for Tiny 12? The dude, Tiny 12, supposedly, doesn't even like the MAGA Fuhrer? LOL!
You just stated the price of a good has nothing to do with its cost.
BTW, your dumbass LCOE question, is like saying, "...because I brought brand new inexpensively priced ICE car, then auto-magically, the price I pay gasoline is going to be low"...LOL! (ie. One has nothing to do with the other!
I was bitching because the solar panels and battery falied while the fossil fuels did not. I don't get your analogy. I said my solar and battery failed. I understand the plan of the Pakistani farmer but you failed to mention whether their solar panels were reliable or did the panels fail when they were most needed like with everyone else.
Why am I not surprised you don't get the analogy?
Dude, the Pakistani farmers and people have been bitching about, how the a high price and expensive fossil fueled grid and generator diesel fuel, have been failing them, where solar and batteries have solved their problems. The exact opposite of your RV first world problems, which YOU can't solve, given all the available resources in a first world country, at your disposal. It almost borders on pathetic!
ID for literally everything but to cast a fraudulent vote
Welp. There goes our Two Weeks TACO Trump Tariffs refund checks!
U.S. trade deficit totaled $901 billion in 2025, barely budging despite Trump tariffs

He conned dumb Repub hillbilly MAGAs into believing China, Brasil, etc would somehow in some magical way pay the Import Taxes he raised on the goods Americans want or need to buy. That didn't happen, of course. So then he conned them into believing their paying those higher prices was reducing the trade deficit "the likes of which nobody has ever seen", so much that we were all going to get big fat refund checks from all that sweet foreign money "flowing into" America any minute now.
Now it turns out all those higher prices Americans have been paying for almost everything they want or need has not even lowered the trade deficit enough for everyone to get a refund check equal to the 24 cents difference per gallon of regular gas that has occurred over the past year and was clearly heading for under Biden during 2024 anyway.
Oh well. We tried.
https://www.newsmax.com/us/mamdani-shoveling-snow-volunteers/2026/02/22/id/1247031/
Ruby Red states implore more Wind as energy solutions over fossil fuels
Hot damn, an energy discussion!
Hot Damn...LOL!
The reason alternative energy is not reliable is I am a dumb ass. All that is important is your screwed up head is the Democrats are right and if Harris, who is so stupid, would be president everything would be great.
In the 58% clean wind energy state of South Dakota, regulators just approved a 3/4 billion dollar, 333-megawatt wind farm, and will be the largest in the state, spread across approximately 110 square miles of private land.
South Dakota (SD)regulators approve wind farm that will be the largest in the state, February 13,2026. https://southdakotasearchlight.com/briefs/south-dakota-regulators-approve-wind-farm-that-will-be-the-largest-in-the-state/
So despite the pedo sympathizer president's loud mouth, mad king MAGA sucker politics, and opposition to "money-losing" wind farms, the economic and business math on the ground, is proving to be stronger and more profitable, than all the dumbass MAGA windmill rhetoric and tells a very different energy success story, even in ruby red MAGA Repub states, like SD, Iowa, Kansas and Texas.
Electrostate vs Petrostate: A solar revolution gives back, the power to the people
Yeah, you would see it that way. Here are alternative points of view to your rosy picture. Pakistan's power grid threatened by growing adoption of Chinese solar panels, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjCLYOIr-UE
Why Pakistan's Solar Revolution Backfired, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3O2JrsEoZTM&t=62s
Instead of just posting random videos out of your ass, why don't you properly explain, how exactly this solar revolution has backfired on Pakistanis, when they have been marred in a culmination of three decades of ill-conceived policies, corruption, and a lack of long-term planning, that has resulted in a perfect storm of policy failures, soaring electricity prices, blackouts and bad contracts? https://thediplomat.com/2024/08/pakistans-power-crisis-a-perfect-storm-of-policy-failures/.
What you obviously don't understand, is that the prevailing and antithetical view on the Pakistani Solar Revolution, is that Chinese solar panels has pulled millions of Pakistanis out of electricity poverty and has enhanced the national grid's reliability. Pakistans Solar Revolution Is Bringing Power to the People, June 25th, 2025 https://e360.yale.edu/features/pakistan-solar-boom.
No doubt your idiotic MAGA fossil fuel ideology, would want the Pakistanis go back to blackouts, power grid failures and highly expensive power bills? While dismissing the decades of mismanagement of gas / LNG contracts, by gov't and utility firms, are the very issues, that have been the cause of poor and failing grid.
Pakistans Energy Betrayal: Decades Of Mismanaged Contracts Cast Shadow On Nation. September 27, 2025
"Take-or-pay contracts were accepted, sovereign guarantees were surrendered, and arbitration clauses were shipped to London. They called it reform, they called it modernisation, they called it progress. In reality, they signed chains around the state. Three decades later, those chains weigh heavier than ever, with nearly every year billions flowing to Independent Power Producers (IPPs), feeding the monster of circular debt. What was meant to illuminate Pakistan has instead cast a shadow across generations."
...
"The tragedy grows bitterer when we recall the slogans of salvation. Foreign-qualified champions of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and coal-fired projects arrived, promising that imported fuels would change the fate of Pakistan."
https://thefridaytimes.com/27-Sep-2025/pakistan-s-energy-betrayal-decades-mismanaged-contracts-cast-shadow-nation
The only people that the Pakistan solar revolution has backfired on, is the power utility companies and their bad contracts. I can't wait to see the Pakistanis, now move to more personal and community battery storage and keep the electricity they generate.
Trump Derangement Syndrome
Trump Derangement Syndrome is real, but probably not what you think. If you've ever been publicly critical of Donald Trump, you've probably been accused of "Trump Derangement Syndrome" by his followers. But what if that phrase actually reveals more about the movement using it than the people it's aimed at? A peer-reviewed study by Franks and Hesami (2021) set out to test this exact claim: that critics of Trump suffer from an irrational hostility that prevents objective thinking, "TDS". Across multiple experiments, the researchers examined whether political bias toward Trump is symmetrical, meaning, whether both supporters and critics distort information in similar ways. Their findings suggest otherwise.
Trump's detractors did not show consistent patterns of reflexive opposition. In fact, they tended to evaluate statements more independently of Trump's involvement. By contrast, Trump supporters were significantly more likely to shift their views depending on whether they believed Trump held a particular position, even when that position contradicted their previous beliefs. In one experiment, participants adjusted their stance on voting procedures depending on whether the outcome favored Trump, revealing a willingness to reinterpret even democratic norms in light of loyalty. Yes, supporters would cheat in elections to get Trump back in office.
In other words, the evidence does not support the idea that critics are uniquely "deranged". Instead, it points to an asymmetry of loyalty in supporters, where allegiance to the leader can outweigh consistency, evidence, and even previously held convictions. That should give us pause. Because "Trump Derangement Syndrome" is real, but not in the way it's commonly used. It's not primarily about people who are too critical. It's about a system that trains people to dismiss critique altogether when it threatens loyalty. When disagreement is labeled as derangement, you no longer have to engage the argument. You can ignore the evidence. You can protect the narrative.
Think of how we are watching this play out in real time. Donald Trump has been convicted on 34 felony counts in New York, and independent fact-checking organizations have documented tens of thousands of false or misleading claims during his public life. He has also been found liable for sexual abuse and defamation in civil court, and his name appears thousands of times in the Epstein Files, even after heavy redactions by his DOJ. Yet allegiance among his core supporters has remained remarkably stable. And once that pattern takes hold, real derangement sets in. Truth is no longer something we test and evaluate in light of evidence. It becomes something we defend for our side.
Facts are no longer evaluated on their merits; they are filtered through identity. If it helps our team, it's true enough. If it challenges us, it must be biased, corrupt, or fake. At that point, you're no longer arguing about ideas. You're protecting a distorted reality. That's why fact-checking so often fails. It assumes people are asking, "Is this true"? But in many cases, the deeper question has already been decided: "Is this loyal"? And when loyalty becomes the standard, truth becomes negotiable. This is the real derangement. And it is dangerous. Trump's followers would tear up and trample upon the Constitution if they felt that was the loyal thing to do. Their loyalty is to Trump no matter what. And not the law of the land.
No TDS study needed, but much appreciated!
