Electrostate vs. Petrostate: When petrostates dig up fuel 1000 x times more potent
LOL. You are out of your fucking mind.
Nah, but your MAGA Fuhrer is!
However, I am still waiting on the link to the article, from your last post, where I requested to verify the info / source. I know how reams of "cut-and-paste" are your thing (along with MDS1), as if it were your own words, but at least have the courtesy of supplying the link.
Maybe your ability to read has been compromised. Let me repeat the reason why that is not going to happen: A grid composed solely of solar, wind, and batteries is preposterous on its face the volume of batteries required to provide baseload power for days or weeks at a time borders on the absurd. This is why no such system has ever been piloted at a reasonable scale: the moment it is, the flaws would become immediately and fatally obvious.
Speaking of not being able to read a lick...dude, which part of "the electrical grids of tomorrow, will need the smart flexibility to handle, much of the clean, green renewable economy with electrotech, such as: rooftop-solar, EV's, battery storage tech, VPPs, heat pumps, heat batteries, pumped hydro, wave energy tech, UHVDC, HVDC & HVAC interconnectors, V2G, V2H, V2B, V2X, H2G, B2G and X2G...etc", did you not understand?.
LOL! The MAGA hubris on clean energy, just keeps marching on!
Dude, you do realize, most everything we use comes from the earth (out of the ground) and as such, isn't carbon neutral, right? However, once battery materials have been dug out of the ground (just like fossil fuels, but unlike fossil fuels), they don't burn-off C02 and GHG, into the atmosphere, for a "one-time ONLY use", as they can be reused anywhere from 3-10,000 cycles or more and they have a 95% to 99% recycling capacity?
Let's see you try that with fossil fuels!
Another fun fact: Let's really put things into perspective shall we, as annual data reports, show that, the world digs up and extracts over 15 billion tonnes of fossil fuels, every year, verses 12-15 million tons of battery materials mined each year. So allow me to do the math for you, as that's a whopping 1000x times greater...LOL!.
One More Thing: The UAE are currently building a world's first 24/7 solar PV (5.2GWh) + batteries (19GWh) powered plant (January 15,2025) https://www.power-technology.com/news/uae-24-7-solar-pv-battery-storage That's only 4x times greater! Not like the 100x times greater number you pulled outta your ass! Get your FACTS straight!
Some on the left blame America for all the world's ills. And some go one step further and blame just Republicans for slavery, historical oppression of minorities, AND global warming, right Tooms? It's a shame game. But we don't have any control over the past. You can't step into a magic time machine, go back, wave a magic wand, and presto change o, America's historical CO2 emissions are lower than China's.
I haven't spent much time on the issues of slavery, historical oppression of minorities OR global warming here. Oh, I might have to clarify when some MAGA here tries to suggest "The Democrats" were the ones fighting on the side of slavery in the Civil War with a reminder that it was the Southern regional voters of that day who approved of slavery when it only happened that their duly-elected representatives for that wish were Democrats but ever since Democrats proposed, fought for and passed the Civil Rights Act in the 1960's those same Southern regional voters abandoned the Democratic Party for the Republican Party. And their new (since the late 1960's) duly-elected representatives from that Republican Party try as much as possible to honor their constituents' wishes to oppress minorities, celebrate their pro-slavery past and so on. But that's about it.
No, my mission here and elsewhere is to help make it as clear as virtually all of the data, evidence, facts and easily observable reality over the past 100 years fully supports and virtually zero of it refutes that if you love and want Great Depressions, Great Recessions and Massive Jobs Destruction for yourself, your family, friends and America then by all means vote for any candidates other than Democrats or stay home and don't bother to vote at all. However, if you love and want none of those things for yourself, your family, friends and the rest of America but instead much prefer great economic recoveries, great economic expansions and historic jobs creation then you must vote for Democrats and no other candidates up and down every ballot in every election for which you qualify to vote, no exceptions.
Global Warming, the slavery and oppression of minorities thing? Well, not coincidentally the same Repub Party that can't, simply won't but either way certainly hasn't proposed, fought for or passed a single legislation or program in the past 100 years that averts those aforementioned economic disasters and promotes and produces the far better ones are also quite shitty at improving the environment and making it easier rather than more difficult for everyone who qualifies, minorities included, to exercise their Right to Vote.
But that is more of an unfortunate additional by-product of the Repub Party's general agenda to produce utterly crap economic results over and over and over again, which is a more pertinent and interesting topic to me, rather than their primary objective.
America and Europe, then China
China make 30% of pollution on our planet and USA are second for pollution, polluting about double per citizen than Europeans.
Just the FACTS please!
Yes you are correct about emissions by China today and for the last couple of decades, but look beyond the last couple of decades, at the cumulative emissions total, and you'll see it is America and Europe still in the lead.
FACTS: The two (2) biggest cumulative CO2 emissions polluters, are USA (America) in first place, with 434.87 billion tons of CO2/GHG, and then then Europe at 300.9 bn tons. In third place China at 285.09 bn tons. https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/cumulative-co-emissions.
Electrostate vs. Petrostate: America is still the biggest C02/ GHG emissions polluter
You can't step into a magic time machine, go back, wave a magic wand, and presto change o, America's historical CO2 emissions are lower than China's.
...
The USA surpassed China in carbon emissions during the Second Industrial Revolution, in the late 1880's. The modern economy we have now was built on the back of fossil fuels.
Courtesy of ChatGPT:
Currently Chinese carbon emissions are about 2.8 X higher than the USA's..
Your history lesson on China vs. USA Emissions is hilarious, but lets stick to the emissions FACTS, shall we!
Our World in Data: Cumulative CO2 emissions: https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/cumulative-co-emissions November 13,2025. (Note: LINK, DATA and FACTS, courtesy of Google search, because quite frankly, I trust very little that comes outta MAGA or ChatGOP without links for context!).
As of November 13,2025, Our World in Data, reports that the country with the largest cumulative emissions (CO2 and GHG) in history, since the first year of recording, is the USA (America) in first place, with 434.87 billion tons of CO2/GHG, Europe at 300.9 bn tons and third place China at 285.09 bn tons.
No "what-ifs", "no magic wand" and no MAGA voodoo spin. Just the FACTS, since they began recording emissions data. Period!
The Emissions Bottom Line:
While fossil fuels aren't exactly in favor and by some accounts are plateauing or trending down, many emerging markets / countries, such as Africa, Asia, Indonesia, the Middle-East and Latin America, are siting on huge coal reserves, gas reserves, oil reserves and are looking around at the two (2) biggest cumulative CO2 emissions polluters over the last 125+ years, in America and Europe, that have industrialized and driven their economies burning fossil fuels and are wondering, why can't we do the same, at our discretion?
I'm pretty sure China, asked that very same question, as they began in earnest, industrializing their economies, as they do today with regards to transitioning to greener and cleaner energy.
P.S: Hey, I'm sure your MAGA Fuhrer would be proud, that America is still #1 and the biggest C02/ GHG emissions polluter in history!
Electrostate vs. Petestate: From China Circa 2000 to Manufacturing Superpower 2026
You can't step into a magic time machine, go back, wave a magic wand, and presto change o, America's historical CO2 emissions are lower than China's.
...
One side effect, by the mid 2000's carbon emissions from China surpassed the USA's.
Courtesy of ChatGPT:
Currently Chinese carbon emissions are about 2.8 X higher than the USA's. ... 55% to 60% of China's total energy consumption comes from coal, and 60% to 65% of its electricity generation is from coal. For comparison, coal provides about 10% of total USA Energy and 15% to 16% of USA Electricity.
...
The simple fact is that the so-called "petrostate" has greatly reduced carbon emissions since 2000. And during that same time, the electrostate's carbon emissions have increased by about 3.5X.
While I'm not disputing your ChatGOP "cut-and-paste" factoid hockey assist (although I would like to see for myself, the links associated with the facts and data), allow me to provide a little context of my own, with regards to China's rise in emissions, circa 2000.
A Little Chinese Emissions (circa 2000) History of My Own: (hockey assist and link, courtesy of Google search).
Your historical account of China overtaking the U.S. in emissions circa 2000, is correct. However, it does deserves just a little context, I'm sure you'll appreciate.
So while you (or is it ChatGOP?) like to post, pontificating and waxing lyrical about the carbon economy's "what-ifs" and "magic wands", although entertaining (courtesy of ChatGOP?) you should do well to remember, it was about the same time, circa 2000, when China also became "The World's Manufacturer", as American, European and the rest of the industrial and manufacturing world, often sought the lowest cost of labor, production and manufacturing, which more often than not, was China.
So as the rest of the world, was outsourcing large portions of their industry and manufacturing to China (and Asia), they were also outsourcing a rather large portion their factories CO2 emissions, as well. Somewhat I would imagine, to China's chagrin, some years later, when huge smog and high CO2 levels, engulfed parts of the country.

Bottom Line w/r to China Circa 2000: So when you're a country that started at 6% (circa 2000) and now produces, close to 30% of the world's manufacturing (with market share projected to rise to 45% by 2030), as the rest of the world's manufacturing falls (and America is projected to fall from 25% (circa 2000) to 11%), then it should be obvious to anyone, YOU'RE going to BURN LIKE 2.8x to 3.5x TIMES MORE COAL (which was the country's most available fuel source), than the next guy, to produce 30-45% the world's goods.
