You seem to have missed the point of my questions. They were not to "justify BBFS" but to dig into your head as to why you think BBFS is so very risky. Thanks for the reference to the wiki page, which appears to suggest all the reasons why protected sex (by use of condoms) go a long way and reduce risks of STI (by 4-5 times) as opposed to instances of unprotected sex with an infected partner.

Now coming to my initial observation, why I thought the alleged act of BBFS with the girl at the BJ bar was risky was that the girl in question is a working girl. She is likely to have multiple sexual partners on a daily basis. There is also a chance that she could have a BF or husband with whom she has unprotected sex. Also, the possibility of that BF or husband infecting the WG is not beyond the realm of imagination (as the BF or husband might also have several partners). There is also the possibility that the monger in question could also have been a carrier of a STI thus infecting the WG and all those guys who bareback the girl afterwards. All of the above instances are mere possibilities, I agree. Therefore, it is very difficult to say with certainty based on limited facts whether this one act of BBFS would lead to any kind of infection. However, looking at the larger scheme of things I think that when engaging in penetrative sex with multiple partners (WG or otherwise), it is essential to be cautious because the chances of infection while having unprotected sex are higher than in cases of protected sex. The wiki page and the contributions by other members do suggest that the statistics are stacked against those indulging in BBFS. I did read the request raised by a monger on the BKK page re finding a virgin TG for P4 P sex. Honestly, I don't know whether having BBFS with a virgin would be more or less risky but the chances of infection IMHO remain. The monger in question might be a carrier. The girl who is a supposed virgin in this case could have picked up a STI from somewhere else, drugs or blood transfusion etc. Since all of this is based on conjecture, there is no real scope of mitigating the risk of the picking up a STI while having unprotected sex with a virgin.

However for HIV transmission it is required that body fluids of BOTH parties come in contact with each other. So when the unsuspecting john doesn't have any lesions / open wounds on his penis he doesn't have to worry very much.

Did I mention if you have a herpes out break it is super easy to catch aids through the sores. You google it for that explanation.

Even with a condom if the girl has herpes the parts of skin that do touch her vagina can still be infected. Those areas need to be covered so use your imagination.

Even if the girl is not doing bb sex. Condoms break. Girls get drunk and guys sneak off the condom. Many guys have no control.

Going to Thailand, Philippines you have to assume all of them have a std. Be super careful. That way you can have along line with many trips back to Asia. Many people are willing to take the risk with alcohol because it provides them with a lot of pleasure & beats drinking boring water. You won't get HIV from beer, but a lot of negative health & personal issues can result from it that are arguably equally as undesirable.

Moreover, of course, there are other ways to protect oneself than using condoms. So one can use various means of protection to be just as safe as condom users, while also having BBFS. Get both protection and pleasure. Why settle for one or the other? Have your cake & eat it too!

The fact is, if you are having sex with other people, sex workers or civilians, good girls or bad girls, protection or none, you are already "rolling the dice". You'ld need to be a monk on the moon not to be.

Your example is like saying that someone wearing a swimsuit and being fired at a distance of 300 m with a small handgun by a blind person, is "safer" than someone wearing full anti-ballistic body armour standing in the middle of an accurately placed 155 mm artillery strike. It is not the body armour that will kill the latter or the swimsuit that saves the former. Using a condom ALWAYS improves the odds of both partners.

Please refrain from giving such examples which the mathematically challenged members of this forum might give a (bad) reason to engage in unsafe practices.
