The options aren't complicated.
1) Doxy PEP ie Doxycycline. 200 mgs within 72 hours of exposure. Effective against Chlamydia and Syphilis, NOT Gonorrhea. There is no effective prophylaxis against Gn.
2) HPV. If you're under 45 get vaccinated.
3) HIV. BB oral sex (either way) virtually no risk.
BB Vaginal sex very low risk.
BB Anal sex, you should take PreP.
4) Consider Hep B vaccination. Very very low risk unless you go down on a woman who has some blood in the vagina (which maybe in trace amounts that you can't see / taste / smell). But as HepB is a life changing disease and causes liver cancer it makes sense if you are a regular monger who likes to eat pussy.
I think that covers everything.
There is some benefit with DoxyPrep for gonorrhea, especially if you add an additional 100 MG after BB, I. E prep of 100, but add another dose or full 200 doxyPEP after. The numbers are great for prep with other bacterial infections, but gonorrhea lower but still helps.
Just a copy paste for gonorrhea treatment, so might be worth picking up at a pharmacy somewhere that doesn't need a prescription to have on hand. Not sure which pharmacy close to everything might sell it OTC. If you're ever in Indonesia doxy was CHEAP OTC and prevented issues.
Take two Cefixime (400 MG each) and four Azithromycin (250 MG each). Take all six pills at the same time to be cured.
