Weird seeing Pattaya with no music. Walked through LK Metro tonight, everything is open. A couple of the gogo clubs had their sign lights off but still open. Ninja was one. Even with the gogo club doors open you could barely hear the music. Some of the glass walled gogo bars like Papagayo on Soi Diana and Shooters on Soi 7 have all their windows blacked out.

It's not slow. Places seem quite busy. Just to clarify when I said quiet I meant no music, not that the bars did not have girls.

I was actually worried that if I don't hear the music, I wouldn't know if I was heading to the right places. Do they have the infamous shows there in the Gogo bars? I hear that the bars close at 2 am, what time do the go go bars close?

Also, how does Tinder work there? I heard from a previous post that he barely left the room due to tinder.

Another night and another step closer to redeeming normality. Music in the clubs is back to normal level now for at least the ones I visited. Bars that are not fully enclosed still have quiet music.

Still early closing at 2 am which sucks.

Have hit about 20 Walking Street and 8 LK Metro gogo bars over the past few days. Must say everything seems completely back to normal. The surprise bar for me was the resurgence of Sapphire. It had been imo a pretty poor lineup all Summer but there were some ok girls there the other night. Still not Sensations, Baccara, What's Up, or Skyfall quality but a step in the right direction.

I heard the same that things are pretty much back to normal, the one thing that was missing is the nudity? Places like G-Spot, Electric Blue, Dollhouse usually nudity were all covered up, This was the same as Bacarra, Happy, but of course Sapphire normally is all covered up.

My contact last night send me a message said they were out and the clubs I mentioned especially Electric Blue and Dollhouse was back with some nudity. Owners / Managers said they were being hurt financially that customers were way down and having to continue to pay the expenses of the girls plus having to close up at 2 am was hurting them in the pocket book so they decided to just take their chances and go back to their normal business plans. Sugar Girls was rumor to be opening now at 6pm and has nudity?

First, a bit of background: This was my second time in Thailand, but the first time was a two night stay in Bangkok just to see what the commotion was about. I had this trip (Pattaya) as a stopover on my way to Japan. Unfortunately, I missed a connecting flight and my tow night expedition in Pattaya has now become one night. Sucks for me.

Now, for the Report:

Arrived at 7 am in Pattaya and checked in at Intimate Hotel. Seems like a good enough location and got the room with the hot tub. To be honest, for a one night stay (paying two night price since I missed the flight), it wasn't worth getting the hot tub. So I could have took my hotel cost from 5800 baht to 3300 baht. But oh well. The hotel did not charge a lady fee. But if you bring two girls, they will charge you an extra 1000 baht. Also, the girls must be over 20 years old (which for me is fine, would feel weird with one under that).

Walked around on Monday morning at 7:30 am and no massage places were open and went to Soi 6 and nothing was open. I never read any times that places are open, so didn't know if it was 24 hours or not. It isn't.

Back at the hotel around 9:30 am because I didn't know about the blue trucks that has a seating area on the back carriage. Just for newbies to know, you wave them down and they go in a straight line. Once you wave them down, get in till you want to get out. Press the button over your head to give them a notification that you want them to stop. Just throw them 10 baht and you are good.

In my room at 10:00 am and went on tinder and Badoo. Most people you make contact with will want to talk to you on Line, so have that app with you. Within an hour, I contacted 4 girls, almost had a lady boy come to my room (make sure when you read their messages that you make sure they meant the right word. Sometimes Thai people put in "no" when they mean "know") and finally ended up with a girl. She said 1000 baht, I said I wanted 2 hours and she said "what do you want to do for 2 whole hours. " I told her that I wanted to watch a movie with her in my room. Anyways, she came and had a good chat and did the deed. Paid her and she left.

Slept till 6 pm (was tired from the trip) and then went to Devils den. You can see where it is from google maps. I think the best part of walking street was getting to walking street. I saw areas of bars that seemed to cater to everything. At one point, I saw bars that were focused on the middle east. And one Thai girl was wearing Arab women "coverings" asking me to sit next to her. Awesome idea for anyone that has those hijab fantasies.

Anyways, chickened out going to agogo and instead people watched. Left walking street at 1:00 am to go to Soi6. Got to Soi6 at 1:30 and turns out that place shuts down pretty much at 1:30. There were a few bars, so I ended up going to Nightwish. Got a pretty cute girl as it was closing (23 years old) and asked her how much for LT. 350 BF and 2000 LT. I didn't bother negotiating because of my failure to enjoy walking street and I like waking up to a cute chick next to me. That was down. Best part was BBBJ in the morning, felt like a man again. .

She left at 11:00 am the next morning and I went for a foot massage. Went to Soi 6 again (I wanted to see what it was like when it's open) and it seems that it really opens at 1:00 pm. Lots of girls to choose from, but I was kinda tired and needed to go back to the airport. So went back at 3:00 pm for the taxi to Bangkok.

Sorry guys if there were a lot of details that everyone knows. But I think the times actually might help the newbies. I spent about 4-5 hours reading posts on here and didn't really understand how to do the simplest things. I hope someone can find this info useful.
