I notice that a number of people from the US are overtly speaking of their law enforcement jobs and of their deals in the "puta town" of Sosua plus how they make deals at their home end to keep the Sosua law enforcement happy / in their pocket. I do not know if these people are already retired (or on disability in their 40's as is often the case) but by definition US nationals (least of all the lawmen whose jobs are to uphold the law ostensibly) are not supposed to travel looking for puntang across the globe or at least it is not legal. So how come all these open bragging about. Specially in approbation of one who pinned a female down to have his so-called contract enforced?
Because we put our pants on one leg at a time like you dude. Don't hate! You seem to be the sneaky tattle tale who troll and hate on other dudes with your statement.

And the surprise ending?
With all this going back and forth, in other words going nowhere, I decided that it was time to play the ace that I had been holding on to. I approached the sergeant, who was sitting on the staircase, and handed him my cell phone and said before we go anywhere I would like to phone a friend. At the same time, the guy who worked there told the sergeant that he thought I needed to get to the airport to catch a flight. I said no, I am not going to the airport. I am just going to Puerto Plata to visit a friend. Upon seeing the picture that I had handed him on my cell phone the sergeant let out a short "Mmm" before handing my phone back to me. Checkmate biatch!
I warned the girl a couple of times telling her that she didn't know who I knew and that the situation would not turn out the way she was expecting. Did I lie? Anyway, that is the last time that I deal with Tomjackin's sloppy seconds.
Dude? You forgot to write the twist at the end of the story!! LOL Whose picture was on the phone?

While it may (if indeed this was not creative non-fiction) have worked (this time) for Mr. E, Newbies, take note, and do the exact opposite of everything done in this story. Train wreck in training (apparently, for a long and lucky time).

Train wreck in training (apparently, for a long and lucky time).
I agree. Getting out of the situation by paying off a crooked cop and flashing a picture of some high-up is hardly the end result that mongers should be looking for. The end result was lose-lose and the only winner was the cop.
Here is how the negotiation might have gone:
Base price was 1800 pesos without any detailed negotiation of extras.
Positives:
1. Client reports he received one of the best fucks of his life. That is worth 500 pesos bonus straight off.
2. Chica wanted to do covered blow job, but conceded uncovered blow job. (I believe this is something that government health educators are encouraging the chicas to request, but to what extent it reduces risk of transmissible conditions I don't know.). Let's say that is worth another 250 pesos.
3. We do not know if the sex was covered or uncovered, but let's assume it was covered. If it was uncovered another bonus probably comes into play, however in this case it does not seem to have been an issue.
Negatives:
1. Client was disappointed that the chica did not want to go another round at 10:00 am In the morning for whatever reason leaving him with a boner. So let's take away the 500 pesos bonus for that, which leaves us at 2050 pesos. But let's also note that he can put the 500 pesos towards the cost of another chica to relieve his boner, so all is not lost.
2. The all-nighter did not start until 3:00 am So both participants would have been tired. However the chica did stay a full seven hours, so that is a reasonable amount of time and cannot be considered cutting the date short or leaving early. Financial value neutral.
Negotiations:
In view of no second pop in the morning the client wants to renegotiate the whole deal. He offers 1500 pesos, the chica makes a counter offer of 2500 pesos. The obvious thing to do here is to split the difference and meet at 2000 pesos. We will add on an additional 50 pesos motoconcho money as an additional goodwill gesture, taking it up to 2050, which looks like a fair price anyway considering the client did get one of his best sexual experiences out of this, which is the Holy Grail of mongering.
Hug, kiss on cheek, out the door, job done. No cops called or bribed. Relations with chica remain amicable.

Only Dominicanas and not Haitian. In Puerto Plata and Santiago we can get a list of beeper girls (students and club hoes of the POP and STI). The beeper girls are more expensive. The cops in DR make no money, but don't ask us for any. I know one retired PN lieutenant who drives a tax after 26 years because his pension is small. But he gives us great prices from Sousa to POP or to STI.

If if was a fifth we would all be drunk. Things that you are naming as extras are what many mongers such as myself consider basic. (Now when a broad starts cleaning up and cooking that for me is extras.) That is the exact thing that is fucked about Tijuana. How bad did it have to get for girls to start charging extra to take off their damn clothes? Really, even taking off clothes costs extra and must be negotiated. But thanks to a la carte mongers...
And it appears that your only solution involves throwing more money at the girl. Just because you see 2050 as a fair price does not mean the girl would have seen it as a fair price. (It's easy to be a Monday morning coach.) The same as I saw 1500 as a fair price, but she didn't. (She did prove herself to be a liar and a cheat in case you missed it in my story AND Tomjackin's story.)
It seems that every time you analyze something it is the monger who is in the wrong, and to keep from being wrong he should give more money to the chica. What about if she would have just finished the job in the first place and walked out with the original 1800 that she was supposed to get? Are you seeing that as a solution at all? THEN we could have said hug, kiss on cheek, out the door, job done as has been done with many chicas before her and shall be done with many after.

Corrupt Cops
i have read so many stories about how corrupt the police are and guys paying out large sums of money, but i'm just not seeing it going down that way for someone who has committed no crime at all. all of the stories that i have read is always the friend of a friend. is there anyone on this thread that has had first-hand experience of being extorted by police, lawyers and judges for exorbitant amounts of money? i'm thinking those guys must have really done some serious shit for things to get that far. it definitely was not because they had a dispute with an average street hooker over money. in the couple of experiences (one with me and gogo, the other one when i was on the way to meet up with gogo; hell that dude must be bad luck for me!) i have had where the cops have hinted that they wanted money for nothing, i simply blew them off and that was that. then in the situation last week when i tried to give the cop money it was totally ignored.
i have read where other guys must have been intimidated and immediately handed them money, as was the case with the brother who said he was going through immigration and gave the agent money when asked because he didn't want any problems. again, i am glad that i don't scare as easily as most of you guys. even when my brother went to jail in sosua because some girls said he had drugs, nobody asked him for any bribes (even though he said his wallet came up short when he was released). and when the cops realized the girls were lying on my brother they released him and locked the girls up. so yes, justice does get served and it is not everything stacked against the foreigner.
oh, i guess you are wondering what was on the picture that i showed the sergeant? it's what i like to call my get out of jail free card; just a picture of me with one of the highest level political figures in the dominican republic. and yes a couple of members on this board have actually seen the photo. to give you a hint it was with one of the people in this photo. I usually fly into SDQ and rent a car to drive to Sosua using the toll road through Nagua, Gaspar Hernandez, and Cabarette to Sosua. Well my previous three times I've made this drive this one cop and his boys always had a road block to catch me coming and going back to SDQ. I just play dumb gringo and smile and the cop gets frustrated and waves me through with a laugh from me.
When I was with Mr E the guy stopped us heading to Sosua. He saw it was me and we both laughed as he thinks I don't speak spanish. The guy bends down as I'm laughing and looks at Mr E and Mr E started speaking spanish, big mistake. The guy asks Mr E for his identification and I'm in the drivers seat cracking up, waiting to see how this is going to play out. Mr E mumbles "This is some bullshit" and me and the guy laugh. Mr E reached into the ashtray and grabbed a 50 p note to give the guy (surprise). Mr E was pissed the rest of the trip and I couldn't stop laughing.

So that's how you do it?
Damn. I have a pic of myself and a high level American political figure, and a famous english soccer player, and a dominican baseball player in MLB. Anytime I'm in a jam, I'll just show them that pic and keep my fingers crossed. I'm sure it will work every single time. .

If the police bother you, just say, "Sabes quien soy?" It works every time, whether in Sosua, Colombia, et al.
well where did the figure of 500 pesos propina for the cop come from, out of your ass or did you research it on the internet, or get it from a standard book on tipping cops? how do you know he shared it with his assistants and in what proportions, if he did indeed share it? how many drinks could he buy for that price?
women who sell sex in different countries are entitled to structure their payment system anyway they want and men can decide whether they they want to pay to play or not. the whole concept is hardly alien to those of us who live in the us. these days the airlines want you to pay extra for a carry-on bag or a window seat or a drink or a meal. these are things that used to be included in the price of a ticket. it looks like we will soon be arriving at the point where you have to pay to go through customs and immigration or face long delays.
you want to just decide what is or isn't included in the price of your ticket without discussing it with your counterparty.
a sexual encounter with a prostitute may include or not include a number of components such as:
oral sex with or without condom and with or without cim.
vaginal sex with or without condom.
anal sex with or without condom.
other activities such as hand jobs, having your nipples sucked, having your ass licked, massage, open mouth kissing, being urinated on, and probably a few other things i have not thought of.
multiple pops.
superior performance and enthusiasm above and beyond the call of duty.
you get into dangerous territory when you just assume that what you want is a standard, well-understood procedure that is included in the base price, because you can never be certain and different girls may want to set different limits, and different men have different expectations and these things change over time.
in general it is better to suggest a price that is a bit less than what you intend to pay, because that leaves some scope for a tip to reward superior service, and can be withheld if not earned without too much controversy.
i don't think i am pro-monger or pro-hoe. i just see two young people struggling for survival or to satisfy dimly understood sexual urges in an unregulated marketplace and having difficulty communicating their needs and wants effectively so that they can get to a win-win end result.
in the matter you have written about, i don't pretend to know why she did not want to have sex again in the morning, because there are so many potential reasons, like maybe she was sore from the night before, her period was coming on, or whatever, but presumably there was some reason why she did not want to have sex again for an extra 300 pesos. refusing to have sex again, refusing to accept the 1500 pesos, and being willing to spend time waiting for the police, taking her chances of getting arrested, and so on does not seem like a very rational or cost effective response if it was all over 300 pesos, but probably there is some underlying explanation that we do not have or perhaps some unexpressed reason she was angry with you.
of course the bigger question is why you (or any of us) want to pay women for sex at all, but that is one for another day. however i am pretty sure that if confrontations occur when the parties cannot agree among themselves amicably without involving the police, this cannot be good news for mongering in the long run or for men who want to experience a fairly natural sexual experience with very attractive young women for a very reasonable cost.
Has anyone on this board had or known anyone who had a problem with an angry chulo? I haven't been going to the DR for that long, but I can't say I know of a single incident of a chulo confronting a gringo and demanding more money. Never mind actually trying to get physical! In fact, I have never even seen a fight between an American and a Dominican in Sousua or SD. I've seen arguments, but actual fist fights? Nope!
They usually don't fight. Several injuries from broken bottles have been reported. But the risk remains. I saw fights in the past. They are indeed rare.
