I have for years considered investing in a small apartment in spain. I see that prices are still falling and it is possible to do a good trade. Time passes in my favor and I try to keep track of interesting objects.

I would like to be near the sea and also near a good supply of willing ladies and brothels.

I consider both Valencia and Barcelona. I've never been a long time in some of these cities so I thought to ask about how you would advise me to invest.

Is there a big price difference on both sex and apartments in these two cities or almost equal?

Have any other suggestions that they believe are better than the two cities I have singled out?

And finally: Someone who has good experience with a Spanish real estate agent who can help me with a good deal?

Times are really getting tough in Spain and late in the year may be a better time. Also, another option may be Fuengirola which is a really great place to be and very easy to get there. Its a proper club. There are street girls outside the clubs in the corner. But go in the club. Its an underground club and heaven on earth. I think that December / January would be a very good time to look and buy. The euro will probably also weaken, making it that much cheaper. Others will disageree, but that is my humble opinion and I have been closely watching property in Spain for over 10 years.
