Yeah, maybe even more than 50m, have to admit the bastard was persistent as he was trying to make his sell all this way. But point is they do eventually give up (regardless of distance) if U ignore them.

Help please. Guys Im rather inept when it comes to computers and usually when I visit the forum, I do it via google so as not to leave a trace in the space where you type the web address. Btut somehow or rather I clicked on enter when I shouldnt have and now the web site appears on my list of recently viewed sites. How the hell do I delete this from view? The program I use it Mozilla Firefox. Please help as I do not want my wife to find out what I've been up to. Also, if someone can tell me how to delete a search object from the google page, that would be great as well. Many many thanks.
Click Tools, then Options, then the Privacy tab, then clear both History and Saved Form Information.
That should do the trick.

And click clear cache to be safe. Best way is to clear the entire menu but if you have passwords stored, you'll lose them.
Also, remember if you use google and have it under a gmail account, make sure you clear your searches.....
in options, privacy go to saved form and unclick the "save info", same for "save history". I autodelete cookies when firefox closes (drop down menu - "until fire fox closes") BRUTE FORCE is to "cleared stored data when closng firefox" (check box) in "clear private data settings"
The is a program out there called "cleanup" (stevegould.org has it) Load and run - but it gets a bit tricky to tell it to keep what you don't want deleted - it goes after temp files, downloads, clears recycle bin - total wipeout - as in "overwrite wip clean".

You may want to use a proper web based proxy in future to minimise or avoid browser cleanup. Jackson is encouraging people to check out this thread:

How you approach browser cleanup, depends on your attitude to security, thoroughness and paranoia - apart from obvious things like your technical ability.
For the help. Whew. My ISG activity has been limited of late as my children are now of school going age and are probably more adept at using the computer than me. Wouldnt want them to stumble on what dad's been up to. Not to mention the incessant barking of my paranoid "better" half.

To remove history or not even allow history to function.
Select Tools -> Options.
Click on Privacy tab and then click on Settings near bottom right corner.
You'll see several boxes with check mark.
Browsing History
Saved Form Informatin
Saved Passwords
Download History
Cookies
Cache
Authenticated Sessions
Under settings
Clear private data when closing Firefox
Ask me before clearing private data
Check all the data you want cleared like history, Cache but also check, "Clear private data when closing Firefox" so every time you close the browser it clears all the data. Now click the "Okay" button.

Here you can get generic Viagra (name is Penegra; Indian product, it works well!) and also generic Cialis (name is Apcalis Plus 20).
Both are good products (also my experience) and cheaper that the American brands.
If you decide for V or C depends a little bit on you. I feel well with Cialis (half tablet for 36-48 hours). If you need a stimulation for a short period only V is O.K.
