I wonder how guys who claim to have done women for years can't spot a katoey . Can't you feel that the person in front of you isn't a women ?
During all those years I only came across two katoeys where I wasn't sure if they were girls or katoeys, but as there was "something wrong" I at least had some doubts. So just asking them revealed that they were indeed katoeys. No big deal, so why such a big fuss about it ?
Its getting harder to check for a Katoey. If the person has kept their family jewels then its easier. A post-op katoey is hard to tell. She has modern surgery and western drugs to help them in their conversion from a man to female. Sometimes you could tell by some imperfection of the body and face.
The tell tell sign that they were a man is getting harder. Some are taking drugs to make them feel and look more like a women. I saw several documentaries on katoey from discovery channel and Asian documentaries. Its kind of scary. One famous Katoey that became a female won several beauty pageants and became a famous model. He now she looks damn good.
There are exception to where you can't tell at all. I hope I didn't meet any post-op in one of my adventures in Thailand ?
In a katoey check if your in doubt move on. If its past that stage check for a package or you could go by gut instinct then Good luck.
If you want to be sure ask for Id and discover their sexual origin.

Not sure I agree - I had a doubt about one girl I took to my room - luckily, it turned out she was a girl, as she had nice (but surprisingly firm) breasts. She had a big clitoris (about 5") but assured me this is normal in girls from her region.

Just read your posts about Katoyes have to give my 2 cents also to this kinda vibrant topic. LOL.
Absolutely right if you talk to them upfront and you "feel" something weird, then just leave it. Means, if you´re in doubt you should walk away and talk to another girl.
From the far spotted I can only tell that the katoeys are more overdressed and overstyled then a normal TG. Even they wanted to have the shabby look, they look perfectly shabby. Hope I made my self understood what I'm talking about.

Often I see katoeys and wish they were women, if that makes sense.
