Very good report sir. Thanks!
Thanks Camaro. And so was your excursion last week.
A chica reached out to me a while back. Think we exchanged numbers over a year ago when I met her in Sosua. Been communicating on whatsapp for about 2 months. Never worked out a plan for us to get together. She lives far from Sosua in Azua. So I kinda wrote her off because of the distance. I figured her living that far, she would want to hit me up to send her money. Something I'm not interested in doing unless we were already very well acquainted. My mindset is, if you want to come, invest your own money. I'll take care of everything while you are here. So back in April / May we never got together but maintained whatsapp contact.
Now, 2 days ago I get a whatsapp message. Translated it says: I need a favor. If you can, send me money for the university. I have to pay and have no money. I ignored that request.
This morning, I got another text from her. I need a favor heart. I have to go to the consulate, I am investigating a visa. And must pay something. I am missing $200 dollars can you send me please? Again I ignored that request.
The extent of most of our whatsapp contact has been. Hola, como esta, bien, why tu. Thats really most of it. Only slight deviations.
Ridiculously transparent and comical. Now that she is out in the open, I won't be entertaining her coming to visit. If this is how it is now, and I haven't spent time with her, it could only get worse if I allow her to come.
Then there's my restaurant on the playa chica who had told me she wasnt working, then supposedly spent 2 or 3 days in a clinic, and when I see her, she is working on the beach at the same place, it's just that the business owner changed hands. She can't help it, lying comes natural to her. Now just last night, now she is sending me a text: Hola yo no tengo trabajo. Estoy triste sin dinero. In other words, I have no job. I am sad without money.
I ignored that request. The last time we hooked up, when the session was over she started her whining about her child and something about Pto plata. I caught her lying so many times, I just let that crap go in one ear and out the other. She was just trying to see if she could get more money out of me. I gave her what I usually give her, and dropped her off.
As previously reported I connected with a DC lady from Santiago. 38 but looks younger, medium build with a tight body. I got her to agree to come to Sosua on Caribe tours last week Saturday. Stayed for 2 days. Picked her up in Charimicos and were on my way to my place. I'm checking the vibe to see if things are going to be different in person than us texting on whatsapp. Thats because we barely used any other method of communication for the last couple of weeks.
I get her to spot, offer her something to drink. We just relax on the couch, and get acquainted. Now it's a challenge for me, since my conversational spanish is limited. Fortunately, I continue to pick up a lot, and can understand much in conversation, especially if I ask someone to speak a little slower for certain things. It wasnt long before we both were quite comfortable with each other.
She liked kissing a lot, and being affectionate. All of that lead to us taking it to the bedroom. It was only about 1 in the afternoon. In bed she was putting it down like she hadn't got done in awhile. Didn't matter to me, as long as the juice was good in the moment. Her overall presence was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Sosua chicas.
And also because she was a mature woman. The whole time she was in my apartment, she was looking to straighten up, organize or clean something. Most chicas that I hire for ST or TLN or are just hanging around, if they eat or drink anything, they put the dishes and glasses in the sink and just leave it there. Even times when I made breakfast, most will just leave the dirty dishes in the sink. Then I would have to ask them, to clean the dishes.
This lady was representing her company well. Keeping things clean and tidy was not an issue with her. We stayed in the whole day and night. And of course more bedroom work that night, and again in the morning. Mature women can put in just as much work and passion (in the bedroom) as many of these young whippersnappers.
The next day Sunday, she asked me if we could visit her friends. One in Saboneta, and the other in Gaspar Hernandez. So we spent the day doing that. Got back at night, showered and hit the bed. Now, this woman is super affectionate. She told her GF's that I was her novio. I thought that was cute, although premature.
Monday morning put her on the Caribe Tours bus.
Friday, I went to Santiago to visit her. Took the mountain road towards Moca. I just didn't like the idea of going all the way to Pto Plata that way. Later I found out, going towards Pto Plata is actually closer, because once you get on route 1 towards Santiago, there is a turnoff that makes it easy to get to her house. Anyone reading, do they know anything about that road to Santiago that is just past Montellano off of route 5? Is that road worth taking? Are there too many potholes or unpaved road?
Anyway, as I was making it to Santiago, my mindset was to get her to take a cab and meet me at Kukura macara restaurant near the monument. The food and atmosphere is good but pricey. They add those stupid taxes I hate. But as I got close, to let her know where I was at, she said "no amor, yo cocinar para ti en mi casa". Of course I like the idea of having a cooked meal, but at the same time, I never ate her food before, and was a little concerned about what she cooked. I had shared with her before the type of food I eat and don't eat. Apparently she took all of that into consideration, because she had fixed a very nice spread for all of us. That included her 2 children.
Her children were both very nice, young teens. Later, her and I went to Alberto Suites near the monument so I could get a condo for 2 nights. Each night she stayed with me, both of us fucking like rabbits. Her more and more affectionate since the day we met. This woman just loves kissing, and fondling. No problem with morning sex with her. In fact, to her that is what couples are supposed to do. No argument from me. Took her to La Sirena the next day and bought groceries so she could cook again.
Went to the Colinas Mall later where the Jumbo store is. Bought some phone accessories and stopped in the food court for a presidente with her and her young cousin. After that back to Alberto Suites to spend our last night. Ate breakfast there, and headed back to her house. About 1 I hit the road to head back to Sosua. So far, the woman never asked for any money. I bought groceries, her accessories for a old samsung phone I gave her. Plus some pesos for the days she took off from her weekend job to spend time with me, which would also cover her transpo to come back to Sosua maybe Wed. Very nice lady. When I got back, even though it was great being free again. I wasnt that anxious to point and click with some unknown juice. If anything were to jump off, I would have went for one of my regulars rather than explore the unknown. But I was content with being solo last night. What I did do, was hook up with some guys at Rockys (The Office) who were on their maiden voyage to Sosua.
So I took them around Sosua to show them as much as I could as well as offer them monger survival tips.
Finally you are starting to get a sense of the real joys of the DR. Spending time with a chica who you like and her family gives so much more sense of being part of the community than hanging out with pot-bellied drunks in Sosua. Unfortunately, although she is not asking for money right now, she will be looking for some kind of quid pro quo down the road and you will have hard decisions to make.
Probably you are enjoying this because your Spanish is improving enough to be able to communicate more. (However, "me falta cien dolares" is better translated as "I need 100 dollars".).
I have not taken the road across from near Montellano, but the consensus is that the road is OK, but not a good idea to take it at night. Moca is located in the Cibao valley and the problem getting from Santiago or Moca to Puerto Plata or Sosua is that you have go through one of the passes over the range of mountains that defines the north side of the Cibao valley. In times of heavy rain, these roads may get washed out on sharp hairpin bends with scary drops below. The route via Navarete is longer, but the road is less extreme and the new Santiago beltway (toll road) may make it easier to get to the Moca area.
And there's no greater fool than a outraged john! LOL.
And so say all of us!

But, good luck WRx, you have a good benchmark to judge the value of the short timers.

Especially since the only thing you might know about my joyful experiences in the DR is what I decide to report here. Which is very limited reporting. More accurately, your limited reference of this forum, allowed you to finally read one report from me about a particular DC woman, and from that you drew one of your typical uninformed, unenlightened conclusions about the timing of my sense of Joy in the DR.
And then further you compound the ignorance by trying to school somebody on the woman's potential pursuits down the road. Like I need for you to tell me what I might expect. I know, I know. It's not about me. You are just jaw jabbing to help others because they read this forum too. How many times do I have to inform you, that if you don't want to look like an ass, just ask people for feedback instead of wasting condescending keystrokes? Or direct your comments appropriately to the audience that needs it. But I suppose that's expecting too much?
Now me? I can offer some enlightenment in your regard on the disillusionment of giving chicas propinas after sex, with the expectation or hope that that little bit of money is somehow going to give her the incentive to pull all stops to satisfy you over and above the original agreement the next time you get together. But I won't do that. But it does bring up something else that's interesting. For a guy to think his little bit of money has that kind of influence to get a certain type of service without discussing it with said chica, I would say that is someone who has a sense of entitlement? No chica should be expected to give you a service above and beyond what you are paying her for. Especially if you haven't discussed it with her or it hasnt been agreed upon.

I wouldn't drive the Navarete route to Pto pla at night anymore either. Flooded roads would be a big problem if any of that occured on those routes. Hopefully somebody has driven it lately (the Santiago turnoff / route near the Montellano area) that can offer some feedback.
You make yourself seem like a helpful poster when you want to answer a post with a question. But can turn into an ass, when you try to offer a response to someones report with condescending, uninformed regurgitations.
And so say all of us!
I love the tenderness of DR non pros but hate the ties that come with them. I have had the experience of spending time with a real family and friends. It is a great and lovely experience but I am not looking for a girlfriend or wife. I also choose not to mislead or lie to females. I have come to appreciate the semi pros who understand that sex and fun times are enough to satisfy us both. Some guys have no integrity or compassion for other people. It blows my mind that sport fuckers are expecting girls to be devoted to them for 2000 pesos or guys who find scams on every corner. Even when sport fucking a little personality goes a long way.

Much is unpaved or full of pot holes. But it is a spectacular ride and the scenery is awesome. While on my motorcycle I got stuck in the middle of a herd of cattle, must have been two hundred of these bovine ilk. Encountered a lot of rain, but this is the highlands. I would recommend this ride to anyone, with conditions.

I already took a chance by driving to and from Santiago with my rental. I will try it as you suggested when I feel like exploring with no destination in mind, but probably with a decent SUV with good tires.

LOL!
It does take a daring spirit to drive in the DR. I've driven all over the country starting in 2008. Cities like Puerto Plata, Santiago and Santo Domingo, they are some of the worst places in the DR to drive. Along with trying to drive through unpaved streets in the campos and barrios.
Driving around in and around Sosua or the main highways is a welcome relief. I haven't been tested yet in terms of having an accident and seeing how a situation may get resolved. I feel like I'm getting close though, because I've had numerous near misses all caused by stupid ass drivers. Spoke to some local bomberos in Sosua, they said they had responded to about 4 serious accidents recently, I think all involving a fatality. Not all in Sosua, but in the whole region area they cover.
When I grow up I want to be like you guys. I have yet to develop the heart to drive in the Dominican Republic for now it's the, gua gua, Caribe Tours and Metro. LOL!
I agree. I suggest leaving driving down there to the pros.
But there is another alternative I can recommend if you develop some connections.
I can get a Dominican to drive me most anywhere (in an old borrowed car) for little more than lunch, a few beers and the price of gas. No problem with having him wait for me to come back. He, like most Dominicans, seems to have friends and relatives everywhere to hang with.
If I was down there for an extended period of time though, I'd probably drive too.
Been bumping into quite a few guys lately who are visiting Sosua for the 1st time. Many of which ended up coming by themselves because their friends backed out for personal reasons, or they were acting flaky. Enough of them, after few days have no regrets coming alone. They have found it very easy to get around, and enjoy themselves.
What is interesting to watch is the many touts, venders, panhandlers and pests going to work on the new meat in town. And them watching me probably hoping I mind my own business. But I can't do that. I'm there offering some input in case I see something that is worth sharing with the newbies.

On my last trip when my buddy arrived an older thinner Puerto Rican Puta (hardcore / speaks English) grabbed on to my buddy in the afternoon who was in a daze after taking two flights / red eye from LA. I tried to warn him that I didn't think she was a good choice but couldn't because she spoke English. He went with her and after banging for about 15 minutes she started bitching that it was taking to long, etc. Which typically is a boner killer and didn't end up finishing. Seems like the daytime Putas start making the rounds about 2 hours after the flights come into Puerto Plata looking for the dazed and confused newbies wandering the Strip, adjacent streets, and hotels.
