FB Walkers I only used it successfully in Davao with my GF's help. Also Thai friendly was the best when in TH.

But, at any time if I find it necessary I'll buy the subscription on any of them without hesitation.

I can weigh in here. I have stayed in Grand as well as airbnb (mostly in BGC and SMOA area).

Grand is amazing. No one asks you any question when you bring in a girl. If a girl comes alone, she is asked to go and register the ID. I have hung out with girls in the lobby as well as taken them to the roof top place to be with them until 4 AM and no one asks you anything. As someone mentioned, they all know what one is doing. Unescorted ladies have to register. IIRC, the lifts need your key to go to the floor. Only when registered is when the security fellows will swipe the key. If you have given money to security, and if the lady approaches that person, things can work out. I would say its better for the ladies to register at the front desk when not escorted.

Airbnb is an interesting venture. Have stayed the last couple of times in BGC area just above landes super market. All apartments are great. I didn't interact with know the owners. Airbnb is managed by another group. This apartment requires registration by the management group. In one of the apartment, I was asked to register atleast an hour before. I would call the manager to send a note. Does not work sending in the middle of the night. If you send around 3 or 4 AM the managers may not be around to send an email to the front desk. This works extremely well, if you manage to have girls over for a party -- 2 or 3 girls who come, drink and have some sessions at home. I like this. I also befriended some cleaners there, who would come and clean the apartment during the day after your night ventures. If you see someone real quick, there are some short terms avilable around BGC to meet your need. My go to is Grand or BGC if I am in that area. Will do the same next month when I go there (different one this time though).

In some condos it is not possible e. G. Jazz mall in Makati is very strict. Also some new condo buildings. I usually ask the owner through Airbnb about the guest policy before reserving. Sometimes the answer was "only registered guests can enter the unit".

I do pay the month's subscription as a one-off every now and then. Everything to do with hook-ups usually moves off-app to WhatsApp, but if I'm in a hurry to find something I'll pay for it. I tried Cupid once, but have just stuck to PL. Having more than one 'dating' site on the go at once was too much.

Sure, the whole bar scene can be really good when it comes to convenience and seeing the goods before purchase, but damn, you're paying a premium if you go that route.

There's so much fun to be had, at a much cheaper rate, if you plan your own itinerary and cut out all those middle-men.

I always deal with my girls directly, and although this may seem 'cheap' it means I can generally have three girls for the price of one bar girl.
