Information Update and Observation
WOW,
4 before Midnight and 3 after. Some deaths and serious injuries. One went off right by Pratunum by the Klong Tuey Bridge near that seafood restaurant.
One in Kao San road, where all the Backpackers go.
fugg-it.....I'm more scared of the methed out cabbies, or having klong water thrown in my face during the songkran. If I was an expat I'd be more scared of an ex-bargirl wife poisoning me to cash in.
Based on some sources,The Jammah Islamia forces under pressure from US,Philippine and Indonesian Security forces have decided to relocate to somewhere friendlier with less security.I am sure that Thailand and Bangkok will eventually adapt to the new Security enviroment.Expect the Security. Metal detectors,Bomb sniffer Dogs that are standard in Philippine Malls and Hotels. But you get used to it.Happy new year
There is an RR right of way to Don Muong
The RR right of way is still there but no rail line was built. They blame it on the '98 economic crisis but in reality they would never deprive the drivers that ride to the airport, where they get a nice fare out and nice return fare. The same goes with any airport in the p4p world that I can think of. In the PI, they dismantled all the trains except for about 1,000 kilometers on Luzon.
I never saw one actully roll by Donmuang
?? The railroad runs by the Donmuang airport on the other side of the road. In fact, there is a train stop right there (of course, the SCHEDULE leaves a little to be desired) just go out of the terminal, turn right and cross over the overpass and over the tracks to get there (of course with the airport shut down for pax, it won't do a lot of good) you mean SKYTRAIN??
I don't think I ever saw an actual train go by at the Airport. Maybe there are tracks there. But you know what I mean about most Airports not having rail service? Lima, Rio, Jakarta, and Bangkok are all big capitals w/o rail like you have at La Guardia or Kennedy. You are forced to take cabs both ways.
Always stick w/local talent
A problem shared is, well, a problem.
I'll be in Bangkok for 5 days in Feb and I have the following carnal choices:
- I can fly in a cutie from Vietnam who will give me the whole GFE live-in experience. Very attractive and there is guaranteed service for the whole time. Although not of the highest standard, but its there on demand. And damn, she loves walking round the hotel room in nothing more than a pair of panties. Overall cost probably equivalent to 3 days to find and catch a bar girl. To add confusion, I'm quite fond of her.
- Or enjoy yet again the sensations (sight, sound, taste and feel) of Bangkok unfettered. With that comes the offer of GFE experiences from a cute girl from Dollhouse I've kept in contact with as well as the chance to re-acquiant with a couple or 3 of BG trysts from September and a previous FR. And the chance to roam freely thru BG, Soi Cowboy and other new haunts I've seen reported. But no fucks guaranteed.
Decisions, decisions.
BTW. Any comments on Natural Ville Apartments, Patumwan?

There are so many for the taking in Bangkok. Bankok girls, Isan Girls, and Chiang Mai girls are all over the place. Whenever I made the mistake of taking a woman from one location to another location, even in the same country the performance level would diminish significantly. A girl great girl I'd get in Pattaya or Chiang Mai would become a nightmare when I'd take her to Bangkok. In their 3rd world minds they feel like they gained control of the situation. I took a Rio girl to Buzios and once a Peruvian coastal beach bunny indian girl to Cuzco and both events stand out as some of the most unpleasant experiences of my life. Plus, Viets and Thais loath each other/.
