$25 for like 9/10's? That would be incredible place to go to.
In Sao Paulo, 500 R /$90 is the norm for a 9/10. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I found plenty of decent girls in Rio for 200 are or less (25 - 35 USD).

Yes some do ask for more but generally 150 to 200 can get good service but possibly not the 9 - 10's you have been getting in SP.

The trick is the hunt and then gaining their confidence to get them out of there to see you at your place or a motel.
Most are just young and naive and don't even know their beauty.
Have to weed through a lot of fugs, but can hit the jackpot at times, LOL.
We all have our own MO in this game and whatever works for you is fine.
But I find it strange someone would spend 600 dollars on flights, 40 dollars a night for hotel and scrap around looking for 5 dollar girls when you can fuck the hottest chicks on the planet for 25 dollars and anything goes with them.
But we are all different 😁.
An average daily cost in Brazil is aprox $100 per day for me (airfare + hotel / apt cost / # of days). This genius will take a 10 hour flight and pay $100 per day so he can find a 5 $ pussy. What a great economical master plan. First of all, he might be new to the P4P scene and $5 pussy does not exist except in his fantasy world. Even dating a non pro cost more than that if you pay for wine and dine first. Secondly, I honestly believe that hunting for 5 $ pussy is a suicide mission. 5 $ pussy prostitute might serve 500 clients per month. I would stay away from a high risk girl like that.

Just saw where one of my Rio tutes started an Only Fans site to try to earn some money. Another one is doing live webcam porn. Doing what it takes to survive I guess.
Where are the links to the sites?
I don't have the link to the Only Fans site. I didn't keep it because quite frankly, I wasn't interested in spending money on that. If I see it again, I will post it. As for the porn, not interested either, but I do have that one. The porn star prostitute Elisa Sanches (and others) can be found here: www.acasadasbrasileirinhas.com.br.

Fond memories of a porn star Pamela Butts back in day that let me video our session but made me turn off the camera at the end, she said no facials on camera LOL.
Found her on https://www.clubmodel.com.br/.

Too soon IMO.
Okay I know what you guys are thinking and please don't judge me, anyway how do you get Brazilian chics to go bareback? How much money will it take? My health will be fine as we can go to the clinic but I need her to go with it. I know In one of my favorite porn movie called bubble butt Brazilian orgy the girls did bareback so I just want to know how to persuade them to do the same.
Thanks.

Thanks.
Go with the same girl a few times. If the two of you get along well, there's a good chance SHE will initiate bareback. I've found this to be the case in most destinations.
FWIW that's why I avoid going with the same girl too often. It seems like 50% of them, once they're comfortable with you, try to sit on it without protection. And I prefer to avoid that.

Thanks.
There are plenty of STD testing places to take the girl with you to do testing, just like porn industry does.

No judgement. Just saying its not hard to do and I douby the girl has much recourse.
