I didn't know that someone in Brazil could sue someone in the states without being present. Likelihood of success I would say would be slim though. Just don't submit to paternity test? But wearing a condom significantly lowers the risk of both herpes and warts.

Brazil is not a Foreign Reciprocating Country, meaning the US doesn't enforce child support payments to that country. Now, if you fuck around and return to brasil, you may have legal trouble if a girl claims you got her pregnant and then didn't support the child.
