There are a few different kind of casas that I use to frequent a lot. I say use to frequent a lot as a bit over 10 years ago, I stopped going to casas and bars and put about 99% of my attention and take / pulls from online venues. I can explain it in the ways that I categorize them keep in mind that it is not facts, just the way I view things.

Casas I guess is quite a general term, but globally recognized and I break them down into different types. 1) what I consider true casas are dorms, boarding houses and such that you visit, walk around and find a girl to take out, they consist of mostly students, call center girls, factory girls, and out of the city girls that came to work, and are located in many urban areas and around schools and call centers. 2) Semi Pro Casas are just a boarding house that is managed and some of the girls are brought in under contract, a lot of the massage girls you get online operate in such a manner where the manager brings them in from outside and houses them and takes a cut. 3) Pro Casas are sometimes live in but most gather at a location sort of like a fish bowl and you can go in there and choose from a bunch of girls and choose ST or LT. These types of casas usually have the best looking girls but everyone has their hand in the kitty and it annoys me a bit that there is a hand out to everyone. The driver that brought you their, the boy that opens the door, the boy that offers you a drink, the bouncers, managers, and even the lady sweeping the floor wants a tip. Keep in mind it is important to tip the manager (one of the higher ups) and make sure to get his card. Even if you don't pull any girls at that time remember the girls names, and write it down as later it is easy to call the manager and have delivery service 24/7. 4) Bar Casas range from small 4-6 girls to large 40+ girls bar casas. A lot of the girls live in, and may or may not be still on contract. Its one of my favs to go to and use to exist toward UN end of malate. Its great because if you are in a hurry you could just go in, get a roll call and grab what you need or you could get a drink sit and interview girls to your galore. Its basically the same as burgos or ac bars just that many of the girls were brought in under contract and either live their or are housed off site and managed by the bar (although housing arrangements seem similar to some of the other bars the girls seem to have a bit more autonomy). 5) One step above that is where I drop the "casa" as if you drop a lot of money and promotion into a Pro Casa you get a GM club and that is entirely different.

Now where to find them, I've been out of the casa business for over 10 years, so you just got to put out feelers and have a look. Online has been way easier and productive for me, so I haven't found the need to go to any casas in a long time, just was recently curious about them.

I've been reading the Manila / Makati forums, and the experiences seem mixed. Some good, but a few reports of scams, setups, harassments. A couple of recent posts even mentioned that visiting now could be a big disappointment especially the freelancer scene. I have never stayed in Manila, but when I visited AC three years ago (went straight from Manila airport), it wasn't like this at all, it was as good as I hoped; I got nagged by LBs, massage ladies, and people asking for tips but never got harassed.

I originally planned 6 nights in Jakarta on my outbound and 4 nights in Manila on the return, because of Ramadan and things can be quiet in Jakarta during that period. But now after reading these recent posts, I'm starting to wonder if it was a good decision to choose Manila or if I should just stay in Jakarta for all 10 nights because it's a known quantity for me and comes with none of this drama.

Those disappointed by Manila tend to fall into two categories: the 'scammed' where a fool and his money were soon parted and; those who have their trips planned to the minute and come away downhearted when their holiday didn't operate with military precision.

We've all had disappointing nights and 10's that were in fact 4's in person but just shake it off and move on. Manila specifically and Philippines generally can be great fun but if you are the type of guy who needs to know what will be happening at 7:15 pm Tuesday night, then I'd agree that they aren't for you.

A 6/4 split between Jakarta and Manila sounds about right. They are very similar but the biggest differences is that, post Blok M collapse, Jakarta is a place to go to one venue at a time where as Manila has entertainment areas where you can easily walk from one to another, sampling each. During Ramadan, I would take Manila over Jakarta any year.

There are many many hot girls in the Philippines, some of whom are well educated and can hold a conversation. It's a mistake to assume that every Pina is an illiterate famers daughter, struggling to make ends meet after the local trike driver knocked her up. Obviously 'quality' girls are not going to be found slinging pussy on an overpass somewhere. You need to go where they are. They also have options so you will need to offer something in return beyond offering $20 for a blow job. That could be a proper date, being socially acceptable yourself, cold hard cash or a combination of all of the above.

I'm not sure what your likes and priorities are.

For online, you could try Seeking, IG or Facebook.

For dating apps, try Filipina Cupid or others where the girls have to pay for membership.

For clubs and freelancers, try the Makati and Poblacion clubs.

For organic meet ups, try food halls where regular working girls meet for lunch, BGC cafes and restobars or roof top bars. Note that none of these are going to be point and shoot.
