Tried 2 different girls and both were good. None of the mamasans have ever fought over me the six times I visited. Most ignored me even when I was sitting on the stool in front of the girls next to the staircase. I obtained this information only when I was chatting with the girls and asked how long they had been working there. There was no reason for them to lie.

But now that you mention it, the mamasans did point at some of the girls and told me which ones were new. I wasn't even paying attention but maybe that's what they think people want.

My budget is around 50 euros a night.

I went there two years ago and it was still amazing, but since I started writing my reports here that Jakarta has the best price / pop ratio in all of SEA it quickly turned into a new Pattaya. Now the only option for a good price / pop ratio and good service in SEA are other cities in Indonesia and boy, do we know little about Indonesia!

Sparks: most rooms simple and small window. Ok for 1 or 2 nights but not for a long stay.

Luminor: good rooms, good breakfast buffet. But no pool.

But I also see tons of (non-Indo) Asians. And many Chindo's. Also groups of Indians. I hear English being widely spoken. I suspect a lot of Singaporeans fly out here for there weekend for the sex.

I'd say that many of the clients are non-Indonesians. As long as the structure remains "catering for the locals", we're OK, but once it becomes mainly catering for the rich foreigners, then we're all fucked. Or not.

Anyone care to guess what percentage of the clientele are foreigners? I'll ask the girls when I visit.

New girls arrive at Classic all the time, so it would be rather strange if none of us, coincidentally or intentionally, ever chose one of them.

New may be good, not because she will provide anything special, but because new hot girls seem to quickly disappear to greener, some times more expensive, pastures. The two-three hottest girls (new indeed) I've banged at Classic I could only bang once, because 4-5 days later, when I wanted to repeat, they were gone already. If you have a decent enough relationship with mama so that she will not intentionally lie, it's worthwhile to cast an extra glance at the "new girl" today, as if she's really hot, she may be gone tomorrow. Of course, in most cases, new girl is just some average girl, so doesn't matter if she's new or not.

Planned to go to Grand Indonesia. Just told the taxi to bring me back to the hotel. I wish hotel staff had given me a hint.

Last two years? Nah, maybe a little price inflation, but that's about it.

As for the rest of Indonesia, I've been to Bintan / Batam, Yogyakarta, Surabaya in the Dolly days, Medan, Lombok, and Bali many times since 1985. There's basically no place like Jakarta for price / performance and variety anywhere else in Asia (now that China is dead).

Maybe try going somewhere else than Classic? There's a lot of options for f you just RTFF.
