I took service from Suha. I paid 2 K for massage. Inside you can ask directly about the service you want. All of them are habituated with FS. The cost varies depending on your negotiation skill. 2-2.5 K should be OK. If you need the cell number of Manager, PM me. The guard knows about it. So if the guard asks you, just refer that you will go to 5th floor (west Side) for massage. That's all.

1) does anyone know where can I buy a simcard without filling up forms and associating the number with me?

2) what are the contact details of SP Tanvir?

3) I've seen that prices for FS in a MP or with Tanvir are around 3500-4000. Are there cheaper options?
