I've always been curious about them to know if someone nearby is talking about me in a good or bad way.
It's better to never use them though. For example if someone is referring to you by using the word "man" (word used to refer to objects or animals, but not for humans).
I tell them my name is Man. That helps to avoid being insulted in this way.

Ibar is for guys on a budget. If you want high end freelancers go to Hollywood. Be prepared to pay Bangkok prices though.

Vietnamese girls
Thank you for your comment.
I got your point that in Pattaya in Walking street you can find everything where you have different places in Bangkok.
Would you say that in term of the outlook of the girls in Pattaya you find in general same or even better looking ones in Walking street compared to all mentioned places above in Bangkok? A difficult question I know.
Are there also many non-Thai freelancers, e. G. Vietnamese or CIS countries, available in Pattaya in Walking street today?
How is the performance of freelancers in Pattaya compared to their ones in Bangkok in general today?
Freelancer prices in Pattaya start from 1,000 THB and when you want to have a very good looking one for overnight how much do they demand usually today?
Thank you for your support.
Hey brother,
You mentioned Viet. Girls which club or area might one see or meet them? Visiting in couple of weeks Pattaya and Bangkok.
Thanks Geano.
Ibar is for guys on a budget. If you want high end freelancers go to Hollywood. Be prepared to pay Bangkok prices though.
Maybe so. Vs Hollywood. You would surely know better. I am not really on any budget but I remember you saying they play Thai music mostly and there are a lot of Japanese. I think you mentioned that is also not a dance place with high energy like Insomnia, which is what I like. Also, Insomnia is open until 6 am and then I can just go to their New York diner downstairs which is open past 7 am and serves pretty good Thai food.
Additionally, having kept tabs on the Ibar / Insomnia Facebook page I have seen several girls who also post about their check in and pics at Hollywood usually same night or days plus minus a few. And these are under 30 girls, so if they make more money at Hollywood, why would they be bothering with Insomnia / 808 etc. I dunno. I believe your conclusion may be a tad simplistic and perhaps unidimensional. Having said all that I might just give it a try. I tried Kinnaree for example, stayed several hours and did not care for it. Basically, I don't like regimented places with a system and a process and someone managing the girls. I don't like point and click either. If you look at the girls of soi 6 on Facebook they all say work work work. Boss happy etc. But when they post themselves at Insomnia or Ibar they almost aiways say fun and good times. Girls don't want to be stressed out like anyone else and ' have' to do ' something' just for work or a job or keep the boss / owner happy. So, I submit the view from.
their vantage point is a bit complicated. Many want to meet the man of their dreams. Alas even 1 out 100 will not be so lucky (maybe 1 out of say 300) though a higher percentage may get lucky enough to get a sponsor for a few months or a year. Just my 2 cents, YMMV. But Insomnia requires a lot of trying, a lot of time and patience, some game and the results maybe of lower percentage. But for me when trying to find real newbie freelancers who are not working at a go go or soi 6 or a beer bar, are under 27 and decent ( but not top looks) there is real pleasure from the chase and the challenge. For example, I totally hate sitting down , so do most guys sit at a table at Hollywood ?

Thanks Geano.
Vietnamese girls frequent We Chat, Spasso, and Mixx mostly in Bangkok. I have not met any in Pattaya, but I assume that they will be around. In Pattaya try Hollywood.
Ibar is for guys on a budget. If you want high end freelancers go to Hollywood. Be prepared to pay Bangkok prices though.
I agree with you to a point, but high end freelancers can still be found in IBar. The issue is they are mixed in with everyone else so it may be difficult to locate them on a busy night which is always. It's a good one stop shop LOL. Hollywood on the other hand is full of normal girls and freelancers, it's not open as late as IBar, and full of Chinese and Japanese guys. It has it's good points and should not be left out of your search for high end freelancers in Pattaya.
I completely forgot about it, so thanks to Banana BOI for including in.
On a side note, in Pattaya, I would also search the beer bars. It does. It have that go go bar feel to me. Yes there is a bar fine but I have often found very high ends girls in them. They are new to the biz and get their start there. Once they realize their talents are being wasted, they go freelance.

Hey,
If you guys meet a bargirl and they want to stay in touch, do you worry they will ask for money sooner or later?
Just curious.

If one asks you for money remove them from your contacts.

Just curious.
It is a given that if you stay in touch with a bar girl and there is even a hint of a relationship outside of work and the bar, she will ask you for money. Think about it. They are working in the bar for a reason. I thought you were an experienced monger and visitor to Thailand. This is a real rookie question. I don't mean that in a negative way but just wondering.
Hey,
If you guys meet a bargirl and they want to stay in touch, do you worry they will ask for money sooner or later?
Just curious.
During all these years I never had a girl asking me for money (besides what I am paying for the sex), so I was very surprised when it happened after my last trip to Pattaya which was in December.
I was with a girl in MissBHaven in Soi 6 and I was ONE time with this girl. She was new to the game and she was quite OK to be with so I took her Line, just in case. But with her I was happy to meet her that one time only and I didn't want to repeat. She sent a message though, indicating that she would be happy if I came back for her.
I passed her bar but just waved to her, like saying Hello, and I did this a couple of times so she must have understood that I didn't want to go with her again. About a week or so after I came home from my trip she first sent a message to me, saying that she didn't have much money, but I didn't reply to that message. After a couple of days more she sent another message saying "Honey, I want to be paid 10,000 Baht for children".
I was like, WTF! What is this girl thinking, does she really believe there would be even the slightest chance that I would send money to her, like 10 000 Baht? After being with her only one time and not even wanting to repeat. I consider this thing to be something extremely odd to happen, to be asked for money after just one encounter in a short time bar in Soi 6. Has something like this ever happened to any of you guys? Of course I blocked her right away in Line and I never ever again wish to even speak with her.

Just curious.
If you keep your relationship casual, she might hesitate to ask you but she will give you many hints that she needs money but if you show you are too much into her, then yes she will start asking money sooner or later.
This is what I learnt they are always in need money because they sent most of the money back home for their family and they stay broke most of the time even after making around 40 k baht per month.
So its up to you how you want to be with the girl, do you want to be casual or serious.

This new girl was just taking direction from the other girls or momason to take you for some cash.
No it does not happen to me, quite like that. Firstly, the message is not really decent English, so I cannot guess the exact implied meaning. We don't know if she has any children. LOL Also it seems to be a bad translation from Thai, as it reads a little too much on the demanding side and lacks any detail. Naturally you would ignore it. Sure I did get occasional request for money, usually with a more sensible reason like paying the rent or something very minor (which still could have been bullshit or not). Most of my contact girls never asked me for money. More likely I asked them for a meet up where they could make some money. Even then, they sometimes had other priorities (more than money).
It is not really a good idea to collect contact details from girls, unless you are totally hooked on them and cannot bare for them to disappear, or at least know them well for some period of time.
