If you don't know what you are talking about when addressing THE CMDR: STFU!
And maintenance? Of course, for 10 years that would be a tidy sum.
How much is that exactly? How much is a tidy sum for you? Because I know there be some brokies posting up in here talking mess about the amount of money I spend up in the club. They ain't got the flow to create a stack to be a real estate investor. Do you?
I don't need the answer that question because my friend who ACTUALLY owns rental real estate in Thailand has shared with me his average cost of maintenance and expenses. I have the number. If you are really interested knowing instead of just typing on your keyboard about something you actually know nothing about but just want to Lounge and Chat about it. Send me a PM.
Are there any ACTUAL real estate investors giving advice on investing in real estate in Thailand posting up in here?
Anyone who has skills like that investing in real estate in Thailand I want to meet you. I got the first bottle of your favorite beverage in my current favorite spot.
Because I am not interested in advice from International Tricks with no financial literacy and a poverty mentality. I only learn from teachers who know how do do what they are teaching.
Example: My Flight Instructors. They actually knew how to fly. They did not just talk to me about it. The showed me how to do it. Sat next to me while I did it. Took on the risk while I learned what I was doing. Up in the mother fucking air with me. Calmly stating: I have the controls and me replaying You have the controls when I was fucking up and was going to get us both killed. ROTFLMAO. So if you haven't done it then you are like Howard Cosell you never played the sport.
I dont hear nothing you have to say to me dog!
Using your logic, why would I go in a massage shop to fuck a girl?
I don't, I'm making fun of the fools preaching these people are here to sell drinks.
Using your logic, why would I go in a massage shop to fuck a girl? It's a "massage shop". These people are in the business of giving a massage.
Not necessarily so, I don't remember a lot anymore but I will always remember what a "Massause" said to me many years ago after so-so sex when I asked for my massage. She informed me that she was there to fuck not massage. True story.
Perceived difference. Bars versus massage parlors
I've read this forum for several years. There seems to be a difference in expectations that I do not quite understand. But I'm just a lame geriatic in Chiang Mai and according to some, don't know squat. Very likely, so I'm asking.
It seems to me that the general recommendation and behavior for bars is to go where the bars are, walk by them, stop in a few, maybe buy a lady a drink and chat, and if you connect with her, pay the bar fine and take her to your room for some fun. The interaction in the bar gives something of an idea whether the time spent together will be worthwhile.
For massage parlors, it seems that guys want to know exactly where to go and exactly who to see for a massage plus erotic fun. This is setting unrealistic expectations that are likely to not be met. Why should massage shops be approached differently than ladies in the bars?
I like walking down the streets where the massage shops are (in BKK and CNX, I have never been to Pattaya or Phuket), talk to the ladies, and if I get along with a lady, go in for a massage. The personal interaction gives me an idea whether the time we spend together will be worthwhile.
Just asking.
