Here is how it works.

Excellent report with lots of good information. Your approach to trying different offerings in HK (e.g., 141s, YS) is a good way to go. Your comments about Mong Kok being the lowest price for sex is right on target. I will give 460 Shanghai you mentioned a try!

Almost all the small pharmacies in HK have both Cialis and Viagra. I don't know about the Viagra, but a box of 4 Cialis goes for between HK$370-400 and you do not need a prescription. I bought twice in Wanchai from 2 different places and it worked for me. Then there were reports here of people saying they had bad experience and I started buying them on the TST side. The last batch was from the small pharmacy at the entrance for K Pressure in Jordan.

for most part, what I had did work and there was a few times that taking it had no effect whatsoever. I am not sure if it was me (mind over matter) or I had a fake one.

I am not in HK right now and will not be back till end of September or I would have brought you to some of these pharmacies. Maybe others can give an exact address.

Yes, HK pharmacy (and China) are notorious for fake medicines, especially selling them to foreigners. I have many friends that supposively bought Viagra and had no effects whatsoever, and they never had a problem with prescription Viagra.
