Hi guys,

I thought of adding my 2 cents here. Whether it's a pimp or not mongers should know how much to pay and be risk free when doing FS. I guess everyone is knowledgeable. Since I m not into FS I really don't have contacts and experience. I try to help mongers if it's only with spa experiences they need.
