I have stayed in Nigeria, and the modus operandi pretty much remains the same. Go to the hotel, pick them up, recharge their phone and they lay themselves. Prolly charge 1. 5 to 2.

One last suggestion, be safe! I would prefer to be cautious than adventurous.
