No, ICE isn't doing a "great job. "
ICE is doing a great job, more people should be like them. It's admirable how they uphold and respect the law.
However, it would be much simpler if all police departments cooperated with ICE in detaining people. The outcomes would be much better since federal government employees are not trained or are not as effective than local police. That's why cities and counties have their own law enforcement.
I don't buy in or believe that "sanctuary city" policy as applied by many cities in blue states. But, I understand there's tension that Trump has created by being overly aggressive.
ICE violates the rights of my fellow citizens of the Dis United States of America
ICE is part of the reason it is the Dis United States of America. How does public perception of a Federal Law Enforcement agency break down by political affiliation in such a sharp manner.
However, it would be much simpler if all police departments cooperated with ICE in detaining people.
No requirement to do so. Read the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. Pay attention to the part about state rights and the limits of the federal government.
The outcomes would be much better since federal government employees are not trained or are not as effective than local police. That's why cities and counties have their own law enforcement.
You just proved my point. You cannot assume ICE has the best interests of the local population in mind when they are running around like coward wearing masks and gunning my fellow citizens down in the street.
I don't buy in or believe that "sanctuary city" policy as applied by many cities in blue states.
Which means you don't believe in the structure of the United Stated of America and designed in The Constitution. Once again I refer you to the 10th Amendment.
IBut, I understand there's tension that Trump has created by being overly aggressive.
The current Article 2 leader has indeed overstepped. He is not a King. He took an oath to uphold The Constitution of the United States of America. ICE violates the constitutional rights of my fellow citizens. The organization needs to be overhauled from the top down.

Really? When did that happen?
You can't accept the simple fact that ICE is representing the people and laws meant to protect the people and enforce the laws. It's actually funny how Trump won the election in big part thanks to his views on immigration. ICE agents are enforcing the laws but because of the radical, violent left that you support it's dangerous for US law enforcement to be open with their identity.
Have you seen any evidence that the approximately 114,900 angry Muslims spread across the only 3 swing states that mattered, MI, WI and PA, who were solely responsible for every "winning" Electoral College vote for Trump and were specifically targeted for their swing votes in those states on a single issue by Musk's money and Netanyahu's clever delay in honoring the May 2024 Biden-negotiated ceasefire until after the election, cared all that much about immigration, inflation, the economy or anything other than that they were pissed off at the Biden Administration for its support for Israel in the War, which they extrapolated to supporting Netanyahu, who they hated?
Was that tiny handful of angry Muslims "in big part" also really concerned about immigration?
There is no evidence that any typically Dem-voting demographic flipped any typically Blue state or swung and votes from the Dem candidate Harris to the Repub candidate Trump anywhere to hand him so much as even one "winning" Electoral College vote in 2024 other than that one demographic on that one issue in the only three swing states that mattered and where their swing vote on that one issue was specifically targeted in the campaign.
Pussy Colonizers of the USA unite!
The insane Woke Communist party is trying to destroy our country from the inside!
No member of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA) or the splinter American Communist Party (ACP) currently holds federal office, and no one has ever been elected to Congress as an open Communist.

Given that fact all problems in the Dis United States of America derive from the Republican Party that controls both the Article 1 and Article 2 branch of government of the Dis United States of America. All problems in the Dis United States of America originate with them.
Cracks me up that individual who are so passionate about the Dis United States of America are pussy colonizers and don't even fuck the girls in the Dis United States of America. I think that is rather hypocritical.
The Cmdr keeps it real with facts and citations to back up his arguments!
I disagree what what you have to say. But just in case you didn't know, it is the Constitution of the United States of America that gives you the right to say it. It is a crying shame this forum and my country is filled with people who lack the intelligence to read and comprehend the founding documents of the country they live in.
Assuming you are not a AI agent programmed to respond with the Republican party line in spite of the facts and links that I provide, let me correct several inaccurate statements that you made about ICE and The Cmdr.
You can't accept the simple fact that ICE is representing the people and laws meant to protect the people and enforce the laws.
It is not enforcing of the law that I have a problem with. I have extensive experience with enforcing the law and the local, state and federal level. It is the way they are enforcing the law that I have a problem with. You must obey the law while you are enforcing it. The law of the land of the Dis United States of America is the Constitution of the United States of America. I have have pointed out several ways that ICE violates the constitutional rights of my fellow citizens. BTW, have you ever read The Constitution of the United States of America in it's entirety?
Lets break it down by each Constitution Amendment ICE is violating
Courts, civil rights groups, and federal judges have documented that ICE frequently violates constitutional rights through warrantless detentions, excessive force, and denial of due process.
Key Violations Include:
Fourth Amendment: ICE agents engage in warrantless home entries using only administrative warrants, conduct warrantless arrests based on detainers without probable cause, and use racial profiling (e. G. , targeting individuals by accent or appearance) which lower courts have ruled unconstitutional.
https://factually.co/fact-checks/justice/how-ice-may-violate-constitutional-rights-217665
Fifth Amendment: Detainees face denial of access to legal counsel, coerced signing of immigration paperwork without judicial review, and widespread denial of bond hearings, violating due process guarantees.
https://immigrantjustice.org/for-attorneys/cases/gonzalez-v-ice/
First and Second Amendments: Agents have used excessive force and surveillance against journalists and constitutional observers, and in extreme cases, killed unarmed individuals (such as Alex Pretti and Rene Good) who posed minimal risk, violating free speech and assembly rights.

Eighth Amendment: ICE detention centers have been cited for inhumane conditions, including solitary confinement, medical neglect, and overcrowding, leading to preliminary injunctions in facilities like the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building in Minnesota.
It's actually funny how Trump won the election in big part thanks to his views on immigration.
Why is it funny to you? You think the killing of my fellow citizens in cold blood in the streets of the United States of America and violating their Constitutional rights is funny? That is why you voted for the current Article 2 leader of the Dis United States of America?
ICE agents are enforcing the laws but because of the radical, violent left that you support it's dangerous for US law enforcement to be open with their identity.
With facts and links (like I provide) back up your statements on all three points:
1. Prove the left is violent and radical.
2. I have over 7200 posts. Quote one where I am supporting the left.
3. How is ICE in anymore danger than any other Federal Law Enforcement personnel on the streets of the Dis United States of America?
States Rights against ICE

Neither Democrats nor Republicans are friends of my mine nor do they have my back. Some would rather just tow the party line instead of thinking critically for themselves. This is the nature of the responses I get to my posts about ICE.
Any individual arguing that I am supporting the radical violent left is simply not right in the brain. I spent the better part of my adult working life defending the Constitution of the United States of America from all enemies foreign and domestic and protecting my fellow citizen.
My part of my argument against ICE is that currently they are using excessive violence against my fellow citizens to enforce the law. There is absolutely nothing that justifies what they are doing. You don't see the FBI doing that and they deal with real live terrorists and organized crime members who are actually dangerous. When enforcing the law you have to obey the law and no one not even the Article 2 leader of the Dis United States of America is above the law. The problem is that the Republicans of Senate of Dis United States of America do not have the testicular fortitude to perform their duties of checks and balances as dictated in the Constitution.
So anyone that wants to take on The Cmdr better read and understand the founding documents of the country that they live in before they step to me with their male bovine excrement that smells bad and no one wants to be around. Because that's all their opinions are. If you are going to step to The Cmdr, back your opinions up with facts and make the argument to prove your point (just like I did in this post). Stop with all the mindless repetition of Republican ideas and think for yourselves for once.
