I have reported so many places in my Macau reports. Just read them as well as others reports instead of asking it too be handed to you on a silver platter.
All the Viet places around Golden Dragon Hotel offer something or another. I had my V massagi gal come over everyday for 2 hrs of BBFS cip, DFK, GFE, love me long time sex this last week. My dick is kinda sore from all the fucking going on frankly. I don't spent 2-3 k mop on the saunas anymore. My money goes farther and better with these gals IMHO. Some of you newbies really need to go out and explore Macau, it aint that fucking big geeezzz.

Best food is actually the Indian restaurant in Venetian. Its fantastic and great quality for 166 mop. There is a dumpling place in that strip mall area that Holiday Inn is in that really good but like I said earlier doubled in price.

Agree, it's not that big, especially around Golden Dragon since the only shops are literally on the ground floor of the complex itself. I saw one place called "Royal Massage", but when I went in it felt legit and I asked if they did only "regular" and they said yes.
Will take a look at your past posts to see if I can find them next time.
Also walked a bit around the smaller streets on my way to FN, nothing obvious there either, but maybe I was strolling too quickly!

I even asked one of the men that looked like a manager if anyone spoke English and he sent over a lady to me that could not speak English or understand anything that I said. Needless to say, I went back to my locker and got my iPad so I could get on this site and quickly try to read any reviews on FN to figure out who did what. There were lounge girls in white-green, white-red, all black, red-black, pink-black and all green. Sort of confusing for a first-timer when no one can speak English and explain.
After relaxing in the lounge and observing the activity, I soon figured that there were no shows tonight and the line-ups were by request only. There was actually a line-up for the gentleman sitting across from me so I got to see that backside of all the girls. The odd thing is that once this gentleman picked his lady, the ladies were dismissed and began to leave the lounge. I had to ask the manager to bring the ladies back for a line-up for me. Why not ask other men in the lounge if they want to see the line-up while they have all of the girls lined up in the lounge?
As for the ladies, like all the saunas in Macau, there are some very beautiful ladies and I opted for a very thin Chinese lady that was wearing a long sexy dress and really looked great. She escorted me back to a room (rooms are okay. Nothing too nice) and when she took off her dress I saw how skinny this lady was and how good her push-up bra was. She was actually a very sweet girl and seemed to feel a little embarrassed that she couldn't speak English but I assured her it was okay. My session with her was actually pretty good.
Back to the lounge for some rest and I chose to get a manicure and a shoulder massage from one of the Viet girls in white-green. I tried to convince her to give me a thigh massage as well but she politely declined and said she doesn't do the thigh massage.
I requested a second line-up and this time selected a pretty girl in a short pink dress with a very unique look. It turns out she was part Korean and part Russian. This girl spoke a few words of English. As good as she looked in her dress, she had stretch marks all over the cheeks of her ass. She gave me a good session and even appeared to be offering a second go but I just couldn't make it happen.
After a little rest in the lounge and shortly before my departure I saw a cute Viet girl in all black. She explained that she offers a full body massage for 998 MOP. She escorted me to the massage room and began a nice massage. Given my limited time before the ferry departure, I showed her exactly where I wanted her to focus her attention and she was able to make me finish just in time.
My total for the night was about 5,500 MOP for all of the services. It was a good night and another fun trip to Macau but I think East Spa and East Castle are my preferred destinations in Macau. Given what I read and watch on TV about the economic decline and reduced number of visitors to Macau from China, I will be interested in seeing the impact on the Macau saunas. For whatever reason, I never see Caucasian men in any of these saunas which leads me to believe that men from Europe, Australia and North America have no idea how pleasurable the Macau sauna experience is or they just prefer Thailand. Regarding English in FN. My past experiences were good to excellent in terms of English communication there. A bit strange to hear that you were struggling to find anyone 'that could speak English'. Are you a native English speaker? I would by no means intend to sound offensive to Americans or Brits and base this entirely on experience and observation but I have noticed that native English speakers (especiallyt ones who do not have a command of any foreign language) tend to have a poorer comprehension of English when it comes to understanding non-native English speakers. Such as staff in Macau Saunas. They normally have at least a few staff with an acceptable level of English. Certainly enough to explain the rules and introduce to the facilities. At last it's been the case with me when visiting FN and other locations in Macau. My advice would be to speak slowly, clearly, not use 'fancy' words that might be unknown to people in that part of the world and always make sure they understand you without explicitly saying that (don't want them to feel uncomfortable or 'lose face'). Works well for me in all situations without exception. Even in China.

Its down on the right hand side. No signage except for the neon. Some older places across the street but this one is clean.
There was a place across from FN but it shut down. I had a nice Viet there as well.

Thinking of visiting the saunas next January. Looking at accommodation, and found a great looking place in the Mong Ha area called Pousada de Mong Ha. I am wondering if this place is too far away from saunas.
I don't mind walking a bit as I'm only 21, but if girls are going to be put off coming back to my room due to distance then I'd rather look for somewhere else. How are taxis these days in Macau? Having read through some of the reviews it looks like they are extortionate.
Taxi's are fine if you get one from one of the hotels / casinos. Flagging one on the street can be a bit more of a problem. Like most places during the busiest times they will try to negotiate a fare instead of using the meter and like most places the negotiated amount is more than you would pay from the meter. I don't find it any different than NYC, Bangkok, or any other major city when demand gives them an opportunity to make an extra buck.
Only other thing to note is that the cab drivers have a lower level of english than your hotel staff, which is understandable of course. If you don't speak any mandarin it is good to have either your hotel card with the name in mandarin on it or your cell phone with a picture.

Ended up booking a hotel closer to the ferry terminal called Royal Lapa or something. Mandarin shouldn't be much of a problem as I study it at uni and will be coming here off a two month study trip in Xi'an.

Of course, it's not very easy to communicate in English in Macau, but most of the staff in Familia Nobre could say 2-3 bearable sentences and I got aware about system quite fast (although I had read the forum before visiting so that really helped).
I have been to Macau sauna's about 20 times in the past 6 years on various trips and have never seen another caucasian, nor do I want to see one. The Asian customers keep a low profile (yes, even the Chinese!) and I don't want it to become like the Orchard Towers in Singapore ("4 floors of wh_res") which nowadays often has a bunch of fratboy Americans hooting-and-hollering with baseball hats on, running around chasing the girls.
If those fratboy idiots discover the Macau sauna's, it's game over for those enjoyable, relaxing visits. I don't even want to think about the problems that drunken Brits or Aussies would cause... :(

I have come across caucasians, of which I am one, on a few occasions. First at old D1 and twice at Sanado.
Also had a brief conversation with another Kiwi at 18 last visit. 18 months since my last visit and will be curious to check out the scene next Feb.
Couldn't agree me more. There is a time and a place for everything, and place for that is Nana Plaza and Angeles City, not Macau. I am often the only caucasian I see in most places, sauanas included, and I have never met another American which suits me fine. November will be my 6th trip to Macau and I can't wait. Is just a perfect place to start a vacation and cure the jet lag.
Only have two nights so limited time. Going to hit Darling 2 and familia nobre on day 1. Then houva for takeout (800 for 2 hours is a deal) and probably FN again on day 2, but may try castle for something new. Done 18 and RIO before, but FN is my go to, service and cost are the best I have found. Will report back what I find.

In various threads on internet it's said Rio Spa (in Rio hotel) might be the best sauna in Macau. From my own experience yesterday, I couldn't confirm. Was the only Caucasian too, no problem with that. The facilities are huge and architecturally impressive but we all agree that that's not the aim of the visit! Admittedly I arrived early (5 pm) and there were only 14 girls, of which 4 from Vietnam, the cheapest ones. Prices were 2200 HKD for those (3 not doable), 2500 for some Chinese "non models" and 5100 for Chinese models (really beautiful). Since I am not Cresus, I opted for the 4th viet girl, nice person even though not a model. Service was as expected, quite professional, lot of fake telling and moaning of course. Ice and fire servicut more funny than exciting (to me). Nice staff serving free drinks and food. Despite having bought a package including ferry at Sheung Wan terminal, I was nevertheless charged 250 HKD more, ignoring why (all speak Chinese, so you can't understand), OK paid that. All in all, much much too expensive for what is, finally, a fuck. Unless you come to admire the location. No repeat for sure.
