Although I did find "toy" stores in BKK and PTY through Google, I could not confirm that any of them had this product. I had the same issue with toy stores in Jakarta.

There are short periods where what you describe happens, I. E. No new young girls for a week or 2 and then the next 2 weeks there will be a dozen new young pretty ones.
