If by FL you mean women who transact independent of agents, sure there are. The catch is that they tend to have an exclusive clientele and also see new clients only by proper "introduction" by someone they already know well. Those that know and speak English are upscale (7k up 2-hr ST).

Easiest way to satisfy your thirst
I notice a lot of newbies unsuccessfully begging for numbers on this forum. I also see a lot of people talking about the high prices in the market (5000/- for a lay! That's over a $100, no? ).
Based on real-life experience, I might have an easier suggestion for you. It might give you the creeps for starters, but, if you think about it, it is ready made, easily available solution that you can implement right now. So, what is it? The solution is your maid!
Yeah, I know you are cringing at the thought of it. But, depending on who you employ and how you take care of her (money wise) I think you might have a fairly decent lay in the luxury of your home for rock bottom prices.
Let me tell you my story. I returned to Bangalore in early 2001, after a 1 year MS in UK and a 4 year stint in the US. After returning back to Bangalore, I took up residence in Teachers Colony Koramangala (TCK) very close to my work. Within days of moving into TCK, I struck conversations with my neighbors, befriended all the old, ugly aunties in the neighborhood and managed to get a fairly decent maid servant to cleanup the household for me. Back then, the going rate was about 300/- a month for these maid servants. For weeks, I had never really noticed the arrival, departure and work of my maid servant. Then, on one of the weekends, with nothing else to do, I hung around house and saw her working. Before employing her I had known that she was was a young girl who had just got married, but, I had never till that moment realized that she was also do-able! As she bent over to mop the floor (pocha), I realized two things: (1) when she was squatting on the floor with her face towards me I noticed that she had huge breasts and a deep cleavage (2) when she was squatting on the floor with her back towards me I noticed that she had nice tocks! Something just came over me and I leaned over her to fondle her! To my complete surprise as I embraced her, she responded well! In stead of screaming, as I had expected her to do, she stopped her work and held me tightly! Then she got up, closed and latched the door from inside, pulled the curtains and came back to me! Within moments she was in my bed letting me do everything any one of us has ever dreamt of doing!
At the end of our first session, she told me to take care of her. Asking for more specifics she responded by demanding more salary. And how much would you guess did we negotiate for? For INR 1000/- (one thousand only) she promised to satisfy me every day of the month in whatever positions I wanted. I pinched myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming.
She worked for me for well over 2 years. During those two years, I enjoyed her. Rather we enjoyed each other. In every possible position practically every other day. For the first few months I was capped for every session. Then, her husband went to Dubai for a year. So I asked her to get tested for HIV/AIDS etc. Once she came out clean, we never used condom, other than on "special occassions". Her husband returned after almost a year-and-half. During his absence I ensured that I satisfied all of her sexual and monetary needs! At the worst of her demands, I paid her INR 1200/- a month for a few months because I did her in ways she had never thought anyone (other than animals) would do. After about 3 months of her husband's return, she informed that she was facing pressure at home to have a baby. She wanted me to father her child. I had to gracefully reject her request to avoid future complications. Dejected, she left work.
My next maid was the laundry-walla's daughter. Actually, she picked me up. When she came over to deliver my ironed clothes, she asked me what had happened to the previous maid servant. When I explained that she had gone on a pregnancy leave, this young lady asked me if she could work at my place. Although she wasn't great looking, she had the nicest rack I have ever experienced in my life. I couldn't reject her offer. This babe charged me INR 500/- per month. She worked by a simple rule: she wouldn't clean the house on the day I had sex with her. So, basically, she worked for less than 12 days in a month! Her freshness was apparent during the first few sessions. But, after I introduced her to the Kama Sutra book I had at home, she became a wild tigress. There were days when she would take charge of the situation and lead the session! Although she was on the bigger side, some of her moves were unbelievable. She left about a year later when her parents got her married.
Since that time I have had a steady stream of maid servants, all young of age, some as beautiful as the girls we usually pay 5000/- for an hour. All of them have provided great service. All of them have charged next to nothing compared to all those w*ores who charge 5000/- an hour and don't provide any service. Each of them has provided the best service for long periods of time. Often months, but, in some cases, as already mentioned, even years. I have often found that they have very basic expectations. Financially and sexually. And if you take care of their meager financial needs and exceed their sexual needs they make you the king of "their domain", I. E. You get the first cut above and beyond their alchoholic boy friends and/or husbands.
What am I trying to say? Well. To put it succinctly, stop wasting your Gandhiji's (what are greenbacks called in India? ) on those bad attitude high priced 1-hour w*ores and getting frustrated with the utter lack of service. If you look around and seek, you will find a good girl who is willing to work in the confines of your home and provide you all the satisfaction for months (if not years) at rock bottom prices. I can't say for sure that this works in other areas of Bangalore, though I don't see why not, but, I can assure you that TCK is full of young maid servants who will work the way you want them to. I have experienced it for a good long time.
As a conclusion to this note: last year I got married to my accountant and we moved to Indiranagar. Last month my wife went to her native in Kerala as we are expecting a baby soon. Although the girl who works in my house (we pay her INR 10k for full days work) is really beautiful, I have some how not felt the urge to enjoy her company. I guess when you find your own plum-cake (wife), you don't feel like eating from someone else's plum cake!
