I don't know if any western girls are called Cat. However "One" is not an English name, that Thais could copy. Does not mean its impossible. Wan is a perfectly good Thai name. Girls can call themselves anything they like and in English letters spell it any way that makes sense to them. "Ice" is a rather strange name that some Thai working girls are using. I was curious about Kinneree Place after the recent posts. I went for the Sunday Roast and to check it out. If you have not been to it, I thought it was a little hard to find. The map on their website is useless as it is a Google map of the world and location is not marked. However if you simply search on the name google will show you the overview with a link to their web and a map with the location marked. When I got off of the baht bus at Soi Pra Tamnak on the way to Jomtien I was hoping to see a motorbike taxi and continue that way. Pra Tamnak is a busy soi and I went the general direction that the map showed. Finally I did get a motorbike taxi to take me the rest of the way. I ended up arriving at just about 3:30 which was 30 minutes after the food is placed on the serving tables and 3 hours after they open. The place was packed. I did get seated at a table across from 4 men who were all smoking. Not my thing and the only negative point of the trip. It took a few minutes to adjust to the low level lighting. It is a big place and I bet there were 50 or more customers in there. My guess is there were about 20 women who are available. I can't say that I got a good look at all of them but for sure 2 of them looked very good. Surprisingly good if all pricing is the same. You'd be hard pressed to find someone that good looking for short time for 1000 baht. The food was plentiful with good variety and very good. Winchester has been opening and closing for years now. I believe it has been closed down for good for quite some time. If you want something similar try Kinnaree on Pratumnak Hill or Kit Cat in Jomtien. For something closer but not nearly as good there is M Club near 3rd Road, not far from the Soi Full Love Inn bars.

On Pattaya-Naklua Road same as all the other bars, just further up the road. As for the Naklua bars, they are atypical outdoor beer bars with mainly older workers and a few ladyboys. The odd gem can be found on occasion but really not worth the effort unless you are nearby for some reason or want to stray away from the norm.

One of my favorite Pattaya bars is on this road, Kiss Pub, which is primarily a Thai bar. Their sister club, Kiss Chill, on 3rd Road near Soi Lengkee seems to have closed down though. There are other bars in this chain which have many many young hot Thai girls but keep in mind these are Thai bars where most girls barely speak English and you rarely see a Farang.

Alas I find that the majority of the small local brothels were closed down over the last two years, particularly those which were staffed by Lao girls. There's really nothing below 1,000 baht nowadays, and I see very little in Isaan that isn't roughly the same price as in Pattaya, though the quality might be a bit better. Just tell the taxi or motorbike you want to go to Pratamnak Hill soi 5. They will all know where this is. On Soi 5 about 3/4 the way down the hill you will see a small sign saying Kinnaree. Walk up that alley. If you look up the alley and you see 20 motorbikes in front of it, you know it's Kinnaree. Kinnaree is closer to Soi 5 than Soi 4. Taxi from Central Festival 150-250 baht depending on your negotiation skills and not showing signs you are a tourist. 60-80 baht motorbike.

To get home there is a taxi stand in front of New Nordic on Soi 4. Walk uphill to Soi 4, then go left down the hill about 2 blocks. 200 to Central Festival set rates. Motorbikes available outside Kinnaree.
