Probably the best in Jakarta and some may argue Indonesia. They host the Indonesian masters there.

You will get a female caddy and most of them are quite young and attractive but occasionally you might get one on the larger and / or uglier side. I wouldn't say that Royale is any better in terms of caddy quality than any of the other courses in Jakarta. It's also hit and miss whether you get one with a good attitude. Sometimes they can be a lot of fun, especially if you are playing in a group and the caddies themselves are friends. On the other hand you may get one who's just there to work and doesn't really engage much. English level is also pretty basic on most of them.

As for '19th hole' activities, it certainly happens but I don't think there's any way of guaranteeing it, and I'm not sure that all caddies are open to it by default. If you get one who you seem to be vibing with you can make some suggestions during your round. On a recent round with a friend our two caddies were very interested in which hotels we were staying at, it probably wouldn't have been too hard to convince them to come over for a swim and / or dinner after the round. You could also try and get her WhatsApp and then just take it from there.

On a side note I recently tried the massage services at another golf course in Jakarta. The massage fee was 300 k and it was actually quite a good massage. The woman was a bit on the older side (early 40's maybe). Extra services were offered but asking prices were pretty significant (FS 3 m / BJ 2 m / HJ 1 m). Pretty sure you could negotiate that down but still not worth it.

However, I never once got assigned a caddy that screamed "got to bang this one" versus what I had waiting for me later. So it never occured to me to try. If you land on a lucky square with your assigned caddy, I guess you could slip her your WhatsApp and hope for the best. I doubt you would ever be able to discuss such things in front of others at the club.

I suspect the "some mongers in the past" making such claims, assuming true, had a setup from a local. If you are golfing with others who mean something, that is another route if your fellow players are players. Enjoy, AR.
