Electostate vs. Petrostate: How Renewables (SWB) work on Earth #1 vs Earth #2
My RV has one Ecoflow power station with 4000 watts and two spare batteries also with 4000 watts for a total of 12,000 watts, and it has worked to run my AC unit all night. I can go 12 hours with night time AC and that has been a success. I no longer need a generator to stay cool at night. ...
By far, the fastest and easiest way to charge the power station is to plug it into a wall socket. ...
So the first thing I learn is the rooftop solar panels are damned near worthless for my needs. The wattage is just paltry. ... the small generator was $400, and I can charge the whole station much more quickly with a whopping $6 in gasoline.
Once again, congratulations on your RV solution and remember, there is no shame, in using fossils fuels!
I like this woman and her real world tests and she had one on solar panels here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSFOgZ1DE98
If I used the RV on a daily basis, and I do not, it would be years to get a return on the solar and that is assuming it is not damaged or stolen. Once again, the math for solar just does not work.
Yeah, I get it. Really I do! It's just another case of "Go Woke, Go Broke" with renewables (SWB). According to your MAGA Fuhrer and now according to Elvis 2008, renewables just don't work in Trumpland and MAGA World and will only lose you money.
Whether it's "ugly, environmentally harmful" windmills, "economically disastrous" solar panels or "powerless" sodium batteries that won't work in mobile vehicles, it's clear that on Earth #2, renewables just don't work in Trumpland and MAGA world.
Frankly, I'm surprised that your Ecoflow power station and two (2) spare batteries worked at all on Earth #2 in MAGA World, due to the fact you, it wasn't long ago, you were complaining vociferously in a recent post, about "how fucking expensive batteries and power stations were" and your solution was just to go with a propane (or diesel?) generator, which did the trick for your Airstreamer RV Camper. So why the fuck, are you now buying and using power stations and batteries at all?.
Look, I didn't expect renewables (SWB) to work much at all in Trumpland on Earth #2, as they are harmful, "ugly" and are an economic disaster, on Earth #2. But, but, but...
But meanwhile... back on Earth #1, (1) global solar generation increased by a record 636 terawatt-hours (TWh) in 2025, and crossed the 3 TW installed capacity threshold, the fastest in world energy electrical grid history. Solar generated more electricity than coal in the U.S. for the first time in May 2026 (12.8% vs 12.2%) and (2) wind power supplied more than 53.5% of Britain's total electricity during the record-setting window of growth in 2026, helping drive gas-fired generation down to a multi-year low of just 2. 3% of the power mix. (3) The world installed a record 112 GW of battery storage capacity in 2025 (nearly 10 x 2021 levels), with the U.S. at new highs, adding a record 20.2 gigawatt-hours of new capacity Q2 2026.
So while renewables don't work on Earth #2, here on Earth #1, they work just fine!

The US Economy from 1976 to 1986 and beyond
Attached are the key stats describing the US Economy under Carter & Reagan. The era was known for its stagflation IE slow growth, high inflation, and higher interest rates. The highest Fed Funds rate in USA History was 20% in June 1981. The US Economy was in deep trouble. Carter was ineffective in dealing with the issue. Reagan solved it. Period.
And yes, Eih, Reagan and Volker's tight money cure was tough love and brought on the deep 1982 recession. It took a great leader to go ahead with this policy despite it's political risks, but strategy worked and wiped out the disease. The economy flourished after the recession, the stock market took off and never looked back, and inflation remained under control until the imbecile Joe Biden came into office with his "green new deal" BS.
Real world beats MAGA world due to science. Physics cannot be spun!
Rooftop solar allows my fellow citizens in the Dis United States of America to begin to take back their independence. That is priceless. It is not subject to cost benefit analysis. Now, when I looked the cost of connecting to the grid for my land in the Dominican Republic, it was more economical to build an off grid system that generates power using solar panels. Plus no monthly electrical bill for 30 years. ROTFLMAO! I am still trying to figure out integrate wind into the installation.
Not only because it speaks to truth, but also because it shows Black American men are getting fed up with all insane Democrat BS.
You sure about that. The following article speaks to the plight of productive black men in the Dis United States of America way more than Republican propaganda.
John Boyd Jr., president of the National Black Farmers Association and a fourth-generation Virginia farmer, is coping with record diesel prices by reallocating funds from other farm expenses to cover fuel costs, a strategy he describes as "robbing Peter to pay Paul." With diesel costing him approximately $7 per gallonnearly double the price from a year agoBoyd spends roughly $1,000 to fill his tractor, while simultaneously harvesting corn that sells for only $5 per bushel
The crisis is deepening as more than 400 Black farmers face the risk of losing their farms due to these soaring operational costs.
https://www.npr.org/2026/09/21/nx-s1-5973073/diesel-prices-american-farmers-fuel-costs

If the Republicans are willing to do this, what makes anyone think they care about you as citizen of the Dis United States of America?
Thomas Massie (KY) on September 15,2026, who introduced eight articles accusing Hegseth of violating the War Powers Resolution, conducting extrajudicial killings, and illegally retaliating against critics.
https://massie.house.gov/uploadedfiles/articles_of_impeachment_sec._hegseth.pdf
Massie invoked House Rule IX to force a vote, though Speaker Mike Johnson adjourned Congress to delay it until after the midterms.
In my opinion, there is at least one (1) Republican trying to do the right thing.
Truth about Republicans is stranger than fiction!
Trump administration tells Congress it will admit 17,500 white South African refugees.
In a notice to Congress obtained by The Associated Press, the administration said the white South Africans faced seizures of their land and other forms of persecution and would be likely to assimilate when they come to America. The South African government has repeatedly rejected the idea that the white South Africans, who are Afrikaners, are a persecuted minority in the home country.
https://www.orlandosentinel.com/2026/09/22/trump-white-south-african-refugees/
What are the Democrats currently doing? Absolutely nothing!
The Democratic response to the first 100 days of Donald Trumps second term has been sluggish. It has made many Congressional Democrats, and party members, anxious about what the party can do to push back against the presidents fast-moving agenda.

Electrostate vs Petrostate: Application of SWB and electrotech does matter
And your dumb Earth 1 bullshit assumes all climates are the same. If you are in a desert like climate where there is a lot of sun and free space and temps plummet at night where you need little to possibly no night time AC, then the solar-battery combination might be a cost effective solution. But where it stays hot at night like where I am in Texas, the solar-battery combo makes no financial sense.
Yeah, I forgot, on Earth #2, the sun doesn't shine everywhere and the wind doesn't blow everywhere either!
On Earth #2, while not all regions get the same amount of radiated solar energy (aka. Sunshine), does not 80-85% of population live in The Global South?
Here is what the Republican from Texas misses:
That is each and every application for the use of Solar and Wind is different. ...
You could have stop there and IMHO, you'd think most people would get. But naturally, MAGA has to politicize everything and twist it to their idiotic MAGA ideology, while they desperately try to hang on to power. And energy is one of the more critical levers of power!
Every application is different, but that's the flexibility and scalability of renewables (SWB) and electrotech. Take the application of renewables (SWB) and the example of RVing verses sailing, in what I like to call RV Elvis 2008 vs. Sailing Uma. While Elvis 2008 in his RV, has the luxury of pulling up to the local gas-station and fueling-up his RV and generator, very conveniently, out on the ocean, in the middle of nowhere, where are you going to find a gas-station?
The trends for renewables (SWB) is clear, no matter, where on earth or in what climate you happen to preside in, renewables (SWB), electricity demand and end-case usage are slowly (and in some cases rapidly) replacing fossil fuels.
In a recent post, Elvis 2008, was complaining about the cost of solar, portable power stations, batteries and the weight of everything would be too much for his RV capacity. Fair enough, since Elvis 2008, sought out, what he said was a viable cheap fossil fuel solution. But now a few months later, he tells us, he's bought a portable power station and a couple of batteries ...so go figure?.
SWB Facts in Texas
https://rmi.org/resources/wind-and-solar-are-saving-texans-20-million-a-day/
Those are pretty good cost saving facts on Texas energy!
Undeniably, whether it's MAGA zealots, Texas SWB growth, Elvis 2008 flip-flopping on RV solutions or Australia's richest person, mining magnate Gina Rinehart, publicly criticizing green policies and funds climate skepticism, while her own backed mining operations heavily utilize renewables (SWB), in the end, none of them can escape the economics of renewables (SWB) or the electrotech trend.
