General Information

Based on the comments about Yuri's post, some people are gonna be mad at me, but since I've gotten information off of this website many times, I feel obligated to report on my experiences. I'm posting because I clearly made some mistakes so some people may want to learn from them. Also, I'm posting the prices I received for other people's reference.

I had takeout from four different places while in Cebu. I checked out more places, but since I just looked and left, I don't have much to add about those places.

Love City. The first night I was there, I went to Mango Ave, and for whatever reason, BG's was closed. It was a Sunday night. I checked out Papillon, then went to Love City, and found a girl that I absolutely had to have. There were probably 20 girls that night, and they were all fairly average, but one of them was totally my type, so I got the mamasan to get me her. She told me the fee was 4000, which I knew was too much, but she wouldn't budge and I couldn't help myself so I just paid it. I do ok for myself so the money wasn't really an issue, but the girls I talked to at Papillon were available for 1700 so this was a total ripoff. What really sucked was that the service was not that great. I did my thing twice, then kicked her out because I was annoyed that the service wasn't better.

Verdict. Do not go to this place.

Jaguar. Jaguar had a fairly large selection which were higher quality than at both Papillon and Love City. But man, they were expensive. I picked two girls to hang out with in one of the karaoke rooms, and they brought lady drinks like clockwork every 30 minutes. Since I had two girls, I was paying something like 1200 pesos every half hour. I stayed about two hours and then barfined one of them. I had to pay 6000 pesos for the barfine, and my total bill was like 11000 because I was drinking. Again, not a big deal but relative to other places, I paid a lot. Service from the girl was pretty good.

Verdict. Do not go to this place. Too expensive and too much pressure with the lady drinks. It's annoying. If you are going to spend this kind of money, spend a little more and go to Arena (see below).

Viking's. Apparently there was a fire so BG's was closed and a lot of girls at Viking's were from there. I think this was previously reported. Anyways, there were a lot of girls there, probably over forty. I sat with two girls and eventually barfined one for 2000. Since I bought some drinks, my total tab was like 3000. Service was ok.

Verdict. Good deal for the money, although I think perhaps I didn't pick the right girl because service was just ok (not bad, not especially memorable).

Arena. Arena was the most expensive place, but they clearly had the hottest girls. They were definitely a cut above Jaguar. I wound up selecting a girl that can best be described as a Filipino version of the porn star Julia Ann. Huge bombs (fake but felt real), great figure, pretty face. The barfine was 9000 because she was a "model" and not a "local". Locals were 7000. I stayed for an hour because of a mandatory lady drink for one hour, then took off. No real pressure, there, though, before I had picked the girl, which was unlike Jaguar. Now, I don't think the barfine has any correlation to service, but this girl was freaking awesome in terms of service. Did whatever I asked with a smile. Some of the other girls refused certain things, but not this one. Totally awesome. I have no idea if other girls would provide the same, but this one certainly did. Hindsight being 20/20, my best bet would have just been to get this girl the first night and have her stay with me the whole time I was in Cebu, but oh well.

Verdict. If you're gonna blow a lot of money, go here. Much better than Jaguar. Perhaps I lucked out, but if the other Arena girls provide the same level of service, then this is definitely the best place.

Always wanted to know how much Arena charged as was always blown away by the girls there.
But according to the link onClub Arena, you were over quoted but as you said its your money and you can afford it.
Barfine: GRO's P4000, Dancers P6000 (!!!!!!)
Another place I which is very filopino is Club Harem which i have never seen a comfirmed barfine from.

Viking BF was 1700 in January. MAYBE they raised it, but more likely they sensed you were new to the scene and not interested in bargaining. SOME girls will give better service to guys who pay more than baseline, so as long as you were satisfied and feel you got your money's worth more power to you.

Thankfully the dollar appears to have hit rock bottom and is now back at 41 Pisos reducing your costs by almost 3% from low ebb. Club Temptations also had 1700BF in January and several cuties. What is BG?

I expect to spend a month in Cebu soon on business. But I will be funding accommodation, so price is an issue.

I hate staying in hotels, I have no idea how many thousands I have stayed in.

Since I am there for a month, does anyone know of fully furnished apartments that can be rented monthly?

I never paid more then 1000 p.

On average I paid 500p for 3 hours.

I heard the richmond I think its near mango and ayla got 30, 000 peso quote looked ok. If you do stay please let me know how it was thanks good luck. I might try this summer.

There is a shortage of decent, furnished apartments in the city especially for only one month.
There are a few places out on Mactan but they are pricey.

Confirm BF set at 1700 in Vikings, BG and Eric the Red as of March 1st 2nd 3rd this year.

Spoke to a regular in Vikings and he gets his girls for BF of 1500, but as he says, he is a regular !!! Meaning every day for 2 weeks at a time. Apparently his 'live in' babe likes the variety of girls he brings back - pity I didnt have more time to chat with him LOL.

I was in Arena and Jaguar, the quality of sevice is due to korean businesman frequenting the place and both bars are owned by koreans..korean businessman who come there don't mind spending that kind of money and they are regulars.

They take 5 to 10 girls at a time to the karoake room, thats why...the number of girls are more there

However, if you are a regular to the place , the price for bar fine comes down to 2500. when i went they had 5000 pesos bar fine...as we go through the routine, i too wanted the girl i picked at any cost and did not mind spending that money..however, when i started frequenting the place..the bar fine came down to 2500 pesos.

The best kept secret is..if you hang around till 2.30 am, which is the time bar closes...you can have any girl who has not being picked up..for free..without bar fine :D...just stand outside the main hall..and get hold of mamasan..there are atleast 5 mamasans there..give her some money and pick the girl you want...you pay the girl when she does the deed in your home or hotel for any amount you fixed her..usually its between 1000 -2000 pesos

or talk to her directly after 2.30 AM..when everything is unofficial in both jaguar and arena.

Am catching up with the FRs now.

After Makati and the fun I had there, I moved down to Cebu. Never been there but had enough CB and DIA girls there or close by to warrant a visit. And I had heard nice things about it from my good mate Fifty Fifty. I needed a change from Makati as well. And I was trying to see if I could shag the girls without BF any from any bar etc. For a change I suppose and challenge.

Now with anything to do with Filipinas I think you need many plans. They can be very late IMHO, don’t show, have periods twice a month…..all sorts of reasons why the best laid plans go AWOL. Stayed at Marriott. Needed definite internet in room for a number of reasons. Checked a few others on cheaper scale but none had this and some could not guarantee wifi in lobby (met a guy staying at Mango Park and he confirmed internet access in lobby very poor, none in rooms).

First day Cebu I met one of waitresses from Makati that I had shagged before. Met at Ayala and about 10 minutes later she was dancing all over me naked etc. Normal monger stuff with (for me) some Greek thrown in – nicely submissive and horny.
