I live in Europe and I'm planning my Xmas vacation and can't decide between these two destinations.

I've been to CTG several times before, but never Bangkok. I love Cartagena and am absolutely itching to go again. Thing is, I can sort of imagine that all the girls go home for xmas, I remember being around a few days during La Ley Seca and it was absolutely dead. So thought I'the ask for advice on this board. Where would you go if you've a week over Xmas/New Years. CTG or BGK?

PS: I live in Europe. The flights are CONSIDERABLY more expensive to Colombia than to BGK, but this isn't a factor for me.

Any help would be appreciated.

I love CTG but I will be in Thailand over Xmas. I go every Xmas and have a great time. It is totally different than Colombia. In some ways it is a lot more fun. It is certainly much easier to monger there.

I love my Latinas and Ctg, but for my money and from my experience, I would do Thailand, during X-Mas all the girls will be there willing to please, and for a lot less then Colombia or other parts of Latin America!

CTG is mobbed with people and hot chicas over Christmas. However, I would not go there because I don't like crowds. And lodging is much more expensive at that time.
