Liza's Sea Fun Pub, Mandaue City, Cebu

I had a taxi driver who had not heard about it. We eventually located it, but there are three 'Cabahug' streets in Mandaue City.
The easy way to find it is to specify that you wish to travel to 'MANPARK' to the driver. Despite its name, 'MANPARK' is actually a cemetery. It is on F.B. Cabahug Street with Liza's being near the corner (almost directly opposite) the intersection with Jayme Street. It took about 30 minutes to reach from the centre of Cebu in moderate traffic.
I visited at 1700 on a weekday and having other things to do, merely stayed for one drink. There were about six girls in attendance, all of whom were at least a 5.
The bar has a good atmosphere and is relaxing, although at the time I was the only customer. 'Liza' explained that some Filipinos come, as do some Japanese, but rarely Koreans despite their huge Cebu presence. Americans and other Westerners (Germans, Australians and so on) are the mainstay of the business.
LT is P1500 to bar with P800 payable to girl. It is 'at girl's discretion' as to whether she accompanies a customer. While I was there the WGs stayed away and the alleged proprietor ('Liza') did not pressure me to stay or buy new drinks for the ladies or myself. This created a good impression.

i've quoted 50 below, but first i have a note for my favorite antagonist av. your point is good, so why don't you expand on it? you seem like an inteligent guy, apparently spend a lot of time in philippines -- i don't get it! condescending one liners "simple", no pictures, no realistic field reports. maybe that's your style and i have to get used to it.
50, good point, she was 23 (not barely 18) but this girl really did like older, overweight and simple guys like me. kidding, but my comment about her intelligence may have been out of line. it may have been her first time in a taxi and was feeling nervous and wasn't thinking about the information i had given her. i suppose another problem is that pi is a texting society, so if you call and try to exchange info...well, they just might not be up to speed.
to be honest i gave her extra points for having freckles, but in the end she didn't hang around long. i already knew she had to work in the evening in mactan, but assumed she would go directly. she said she had to go home first for her uniform. maybe that was just an excuse....in which case i was happy to get rid of her and she was happy to get rid of me.
i gave her 200 pesos for r/t taxi as agreed upon. while waiting for her i chatted up two women, one who has her nice firm titties posted somewhere on isg, and the other who seemed to be taggin along to two older, unattractive women on the make. missed my chance on that.

there are the other facts of life to consider too, ie what does drive a good looking barely 18 yr old girl to leave the safety of her family, travel to the city and consort sexually with generally (older, overweight) western guys in the first place - is it misfiring brain neutrons, or other stresses put upon her?
