Well, BKK is rainy and for some reason Auntie blames me every time it rains... doesn't he know it is rainy season??? Had a strange trip this time and was going to post some items in the BKK reports thread but see it's clogged with OTH vs. the rest of the world drama (and i don't need more drama in my life) so decided to stay away from that thread for a while.
Got stranded in BKK due to the airpot closures... was apologized to a million times and asked how I felt about the current state of affairs one million times and it seems like the majority of thai's do not want to the country as a whole to lose face (or they just don't want me to take my orders and baht away from them :) ) ... I being the typical dumb assed foreigner yelled and screamed at a Thai Airways customer service rep due to frustration and realize what a stupid jack ass I am. So nothing new in this area.
Had only a short night at LL but I did see some new ladies and ran into a very nice looking lady there (unfortunately she looks young enough to be a daughter to me... Giotto are they getting younger or am I getting that much friggin older??), unfortunately I am considered "off limits" by the entire staff and Giotto made me stay away from Miss T@@ to save her for Mick.... :) Really need to stay over to avoid the long commutes...
Hope to make it and stay over for some time for some relaxation but time to move on while the planes are flying :)

You are right - we have a lot of new girls in the bar. To fill up stock was necessary after customers (incl. MANY ISG BASTARDS :) ) have taken out 11 girls in the first 8 months of 2008 - to make them their TGF! Many new girls now, they don't know how to walk, how to dress, how to make-up, how to behave with customers - they in general have no idea about how to work. Training, training, training ... and if we have given then enough training then - one of YOU BASTARDS OUT THERE come and take them out as TGF :) ... But such is life.
If you come close to Ms. T@@ - even if I see you looking at her - your balls are mashed potatoes! Promise! The same counts for Mick!

I think you worry overly about training. I am sure many girls do well indeed without ever receiving your excellent training program. I think good recruiting helps a lot. One of the girls at JC told me she had all of 3 hrs worth of training by the mamasan (not sure if they actually got in the tub)
Now if you would recruit a suitable young lady of my type and train her up, I would sure drop by more often. Just kidding, will remember to swing by.
The reason I don't go to the lodge too often is that for some reasons the staff and the girls never seem to remember me. Not a cool farang like Mick for example who buys them chocolate and converse in Thai and impress them with his wit and charm, I guess.
Or may be not young and handsome with a hairy chest like Nic. Next time Apple asks me if I have any hair, will have to take my pants off.

LOL, I don't know what kind of training you expect us to do, but it will be quite different from the training at a massage parlour. And it is definitely neccessary, all the girls have worked in other places before, and the standards and politics are definitely different there.
The reason that nobody seems to remember you might be that you most of the time sitting with me when you visit the Lodge ... :)

I know some guests simply have a few drinks with the girls, still, I don't know what the expectations are. I don't want to have a girl sit with me and raise her expectation that I may barfine her. Since I don't stay at the Lodge, it's not like I can simply barfine a girl and go upstairs.
I know what the drill is at a soapie, I can't seem to figure it out at a bar.

Miss T is not really hot and sexy, but she is slim & pretty (fantastic ponytail), and seems to be a very friendly girl of good character (without knowing her well).
However her weakness, now that she knows I like her, is the teasing about all my different giks has started.
I haven't figured out how to tease her back yet, since she seems to be virtually faultless. I can only tease her about her teasing of me.

Well I have been there countless times now and do chat to the general staff a bit. Even act as occasional brief English tutor for one barman when he has something he doesn't quite understand about English.
Just ring the bell! Then they will remember you! LOL
I don't know if its just that I have got to know the staff. But they do seem to be a very friendly lot. Giotto is the only grumpy one.
