Where are you going to find them in Centro from Thursday to Saturday? At night you shouldn't be walking around Centro. You can go to the stripclubs in Centro but they are pretty dead from Thursday to Saturday because they're out partying.

If it's obvious that the person in question is a young child then I assume you can certainly be stopped and arrested. But there obviously becomes a big grey area here. If you have pictures of naked women that look borderline as to whether they're of age, I would assume you could be stopped and then a judge or jury would just have to accept your word or not as to the age of the subject. Anyone know of any precedents for this?
