it's not just the look of a katoey, it's rather the whole impression.
Men do not only move in a different way, their proportions are different as well and the contour is a bit "harder" due to less body fat and at different parts of the body. Furthermore their behaviour is not "natural" to say so. Let's not forget the voice as well. All in all I agree with Intransit. If there is a doubt, then it is a katoey. Listen to your senses, you will most often unknowingly pick up some signs that will trigger some doubt.

Thailand can find a doctor that is experienced in penis surgery I would appreciate any information. We thought that a doctor that does sex change would probably be the person to talk to and do the operation. He is willing to go to Thailand since he believes that since they have done so many sex changes plus he does not want anyone in the U.S. to know that he is getting the operation. That has little to do with the amount of penis that is naturaly inside the body. The soultion for someone who is overweight is simple, loose the bloody weight.

The operation you mention has been shown on Aust TV and it basicaly involves removing the muscle that anchors the penis to the body. They use it mainly for people who are bloody short, and as I said if somone was short because of fat then the best result would be diet and exercise. Cutting that lets it hang a bit lower. One side effect CAN be a lack of lateral control, Ie it might still get hard but flop from side to side.

A while back someone asked if there any nude shows in Bangkok, the answer is yes.

I agree that he should loose the weight however I think he would have to loose about 120lbs to be normal and I don't think that it can be done by him. He has tried a lot od diet and the most he has lost was 20lbs before he put them back on again. He is also in his 50s now and saw a program on Dr. 90210 and would like to try the surgery which is a quick fix. I will have him call and check out the side effects before he gets the operation. Your friend likes to eat and drink and be a couch potato, and until he can change his behavior he is unlikely to get rid of his weight. The dick operation is not going to help because at the most he will se about 0.5 inch more exposed.

I would suggest he go in for a liposuction/tummy tuck and at the same time go for behavioural modification with professional help. The lipo should give him his intial confidence a boost and he would be more inclined to go for the secondary treatment.

BTW, the dick condition you imply is a visual problem. If and when it is hard it will come up to the full length. Trust me, I have been there.

This is the wrong place to be asking dick problems or overweight problems. You might know this already. I assume you have a doctor and if not get one to walk you through the right steps on what and how to proceed.

Althoug some in here show sympathy with "your friend's" condition you are in the wrong place to be asking such personal questions.

Strangest thing happened to me last week at Robinson. I went in there to buy a pair of shoes. I go to the back, on the ground level, and get accosted by 4 salesmen, and 2 salesgirls. It was all good fun, and when I found something I liked, they told me it was 5% off. I told them 5% was a joke, and I wanted more. they all then all looked around, and moved in closer.
Then one guy said, 5% off if credit card, or you want a receipt, 20% off, if cash, and no receipt.
