I can't imagine why anyone would want to answer the question about Asunsex women for outcall to hotels. Since the issue has been discussed many times from various points of view in the forum the person asking it has shown themselves to be lazy, selfish, and willfully ignorant. Why would you want them as an example of visiting tourists in an area you may want to revisit later? RTFF.
However, since it was answered partially, people might get the wrong impression. If you look at past postings, you will find that yes, women from the apartments and from Asunsex are certainly available for outcall to hotels.
You will also find that they are becoming hip to gringo pricing here and are asking from GS200,000 to GS300,000+/hr for the woman to go to a decent center city hotel, depending on how well you speak spanish and negotiate. At current exchange rates, this is $40 to $60+, or $ar100 to $ar150+. If you are going to pay this, you are much better off going to Buenos Aires, where with a little effort you can get better quality for the same or less. And there is much more to do the rest of the time.
You will also find that if you are stupid enough to ask the hotel staff for a woman, they will ask for closer to $US100(GS500,000) and call the same apartments for a woman. And yes, people have reported paying this.
If you go first to the apartment, speak spanish and negotiate a visit for the woman from the apartment after using it once, you can probably negotiate a rate equal to the apartment rate, or gs100,000/hr. You should also be able to negotiate a discount per hour for multiple hours. 3 hours in your hotel does not = 3 times the 1 hour rate.
Economically, the apartment should actually give you a discount for outcall. Since most apartments try to have more women than rooms, you are actually providing them with the equivalent of an extra room. They can gain the 50% commission of another client using their room while you are paying a 50% comission on outcall. They can earn double the commission rate per hour from outcall. So negotiate a rate more forcefully.
If they try to give you a bad deal, tell them so and go to another apartment. That is the way you will hold the line on the gringo pricing.

I agree quith Pija666, paying a 100$ rate is insane, it's a robery. No girl in Paraguay worth this amount, not because local chicks aren't pretty enough (On the contrary they're very hot) but because it's not the local rate and we should keep the way it's now: low prices

about live music on Granados
The live music is by seasons, sometimes is a good group, like brazilian covers or latin or jazz, sometimes you just want to kill the singer. Mostly because some bad amateurs are maybe friends with the owner of the hotel.
Normally there is a group of pop music, both English & Spanish songs, but the sound is not loud, when you want to rest from your day from girls with a drink (beware at gringo pricing on the hotels!) or maybe to bring some non-pros near to your room is a good idea. Hehe!

Looking for top places on list
Whew! That list scared me for a while. I thought I missed something. But looking at it, it is generally the same as the first list. There are a some more cell numbers here, because many places also list a cell, and sometimes have a cell for each woman.
Regarding a list of the top places, that really is not a good idea, even if you think you know what they might be. Here's why:
a. This information is being posted to at least 200,000 men, including lurkers. This list has about 6-12 bigger apartments(10 women) and a bunch of smaller ones. Perhaps 200-250 women total. That isn't very many. Asunción is a small place compared to Buenos Aires or Montevideo. Buenos Aires has HUNDREDS of apartments like these with similar prices, plus many bars.
b. If someone says these are the top 5 places and lists them, then they won't be in 3 months. Everyone who comes will go to those places first. Their prices will go up and the women will get a bad attitude, mostly from overtipping and overpaying and simply looking by too many tourists. People will then go to other places, and start on them, and so on.
c. What one person thinks are the best places aren't the best for everybody. YMMV and your desires are your own. One man's drink is another man's poison. But people will still go to the "top 5 list" first, ruining it.
d. If one reads the past posts of visits, one can figure out which places are likely to be the best for them, and try them first. At least that spreads the traffic out a little, so people don't always try places in the same order.
e. The best way to manage the tourist traffic is to simply post your experiences. Try to avoid saying that a place is the best, or a great bargain, or whatever. That just attracts a bunch of lazy people. By stating the neutral facts, people can decide for themselves where to go, again keeping the traffic spread out.
Anyone who thinks that this isn't a problem should look into the forums for Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Rio, and Buenos Aires. Let's try to keep the traffic spread out as much as possible. That will minimize the damage from too many tourists.
Remember, there isn't a single place here that is anywhere near a Madahos or Black or Solid Gold in Buenos Aires, with 50-70 top women each, that can handle 50-100 men a night each. These little apartments can't handle 50 men a week without problems.
It is best to exercise discretion when posting about small places. They are easily overwhelmed and ruined.
