Just about covered things, I'm not sure it's a good idea to talk straight to the girl. We are a complete stranger for her and they need to save face. For the 2-pill variety (eg Postinor 2), it can be taken immediately as 2 pills at once or taken 1 pill at a time with 12-hours in between. In order to minimize risk of the girl forgetting, I always suggest the 2 pills at once approach. Keep it simple as the girl may have never heard of this kind of contraception approach.

For Indonesia, I have a translated primer screen shot on my phone to teach the girl. It first explains that it is a medicine to prevent pregnancy. Then it tells the girl to eat a meal first (to reduce the risk of stomach upset) and then take both pills together. Finally it says DON'T FORGET FOR NO PREGNANT!

Respect for Jimmyzhu for making the effort to get a pill and keep the girls out of trouble for pregnancy. From my experience, the girls are VERY APPRECIATIVE. I'm thinking somewhere near grand Indonesia. This will make me in the center and allow me access to both north and south of Jakarta.

I'm also planning on trying tinder so I need somewhere guest friendly. Preferably that doesn't require a visit to the reception.

There was a lokalisasi called Gang Sadar at Baturaden which is nearby above Purwokerto but it closed during covid, there would likely still be activity there as it is a resort area but Banjarnegara may be difficult. Michat may give you results but the language gap will be your problem there.

But anyway I would prefer for the girl to make the full amount instead of it being deducted by the establishment, plus it could work out cheaper in the long run if you negotiate since you provide for her food and other expenses. But it could work out to be the same, though how the girl treats you is another matter since she could be more willing to cater towards you since she is receiving the full amount + the excursion / holiday.
