Is "VM" the area around the VM nightclub and Marisol Bar on Rua Sotero dos Reis? I can't find "Vila Mimosa" on Google maps.

First I apologize for my English.

I booked with Airbnb a room starting from today in Transamerica.

It is indicating that all people going to the room must register before and can only get to the room if validated by the owner and with extra charge.

In Transamerica does the lobby indeed check all the people going in? Or it is easy to get to the rooms without any control so that if I book a girl she can access to my room without problem?

With others if you establish a vibe and treat them well, it's very possible. If I like a working girl, I like to ask them if they want dinner, drinks or something. Oftentimes, when busy there's a guy hovering around the elevators who may ask, although he's also there ostensibly to ensure covid compliance. I am pretty sure Vila Mimosa is Rua Sotero dos Reis which is a 10 minute walk from the Sao Cristovao Metro Station. That's 22°54'29.8"S 43°12'56.8"W.

Second of all you take care of time when you are negotiating. What if you finish work at 5 pm but were having a good time and your boss told you to stay longer with no extra pay? I would be like fuck that, pay me or I am going home. I have other shit to do.

Much easier to tell the cleaning lady I am going to pay you 200 to clean the floor, wash the clothes, do the dishes, and cook and have her accept that, than to say I am going to pay you 200 to clean then come back and try to add all the other shit to the list for the same price.

Don't try to see what happens. Negotiate for what it is that you want to happen. You are not the only item on people's to-do list.
