never heard that one allthough it's possible in some circles. for the record, here's my understanding based on experience:
a prepago tends to be a part-timer, semi-pro type. she doesn't look hard but more like a normal girl. tends to be a university chick who will go out or hang out with you and then have sex with you.
hence the term prepago; she is a prepaid date (prepaid in the figurative sense, not literal) with the implied guarantee of sex.
imo, most of the time, better than a pro. if you're into schmoozing and getting a genuine gfe they "tend" to be better.

This is what I did last night when I got into Bogota. Booked it through Kayak.comfor $69 with taxes included. Could not pass that price up. Had to do the usually day rotations to get a good price.
