This guy is a sicko and extremely stupid at the same time.
He takes one into a *hostal and has the others *wait outside. His pimp is a candy vendor in parque kennedy where everybody knows everybody. How much dumber can you get.
He needs to have his nuts chopped off.
Well the NGOs are celebrating in Lima today. They need one of these busts to keep the money flowing. Guy is obviously an idiot. Highly doubt it was the neighbors that "called" in.
Hey all
Is all this ecuadorian coup crap having any effect on peru?
Just in London now and working out whether to come sooner or later.

The only effect is on "Border Hoppers" or EX-pats trying to get out of Cuenca and move to Lima.
Hellp fellow mongers!
Im totally new at ISG (I will post a copy to the other city-posts too).
I will make a tour to this cities mentioned above, with a start the first of december, last for 3-4 weeks.
I have been reading reports of where to go, and I think I can find very much of that kind of information here, but I have two things I havenīt decided/ donīt know yet:
1. In which order do you think I should visit those countries, which first and wish one last; Concerning weather and/or a festival or some attraction to catch.
2.How long time to spend at each city?
( I have 1,5 year school-spanish behind me and think I will have the chance to learn more other, more useful, words this trip.)
If there is someone that have other useful information to add, im happy for that as well.
Thanks in advance.
Keep up your good work around the world :-)
2 weeks in Medellin.
2 weeks in Lima.
Skip Havana.

After spending most of my mongering lately in MDE, I would say to spend more time in Lima than Medellin. Sure MDE is pussy central, but after a week you relize there is not that much other things to do. Lima is IMHO have much more activitys. For me sex on a trip is very important but I need other things to do. Also peru has a wealth of other citys and sites that are very interesting. For example one time I took a bus trip to Nazca to see the Lines from a plane. This to me was very rewarding as I had heard a lot about the Lines. not to also mention the Cusco area.
The capital of Cuba, I have no knowledge of, but I would trust David on his opinion of that area.
Good luck and I look forward to your reports on your upcoming trip.
Why go to Havana? Crap food. Have to hide from the cops. The girls are all paranoid. Have to stay in weird lodgings. I prefer as little hassle as possible, but that's just me.

I think a Havana DR Haiti trip would be cool. Otherwise MDE and Lima will keep you busy.
I agree with vic 100% but as a first timer you could keep busy visiting some museums cable cars and other light tourist activities. Once you keep going back to MDE it's all booze and pussy which isn't a bad thing but it does get old.
Why go to Havana?
Good rum, great cigars, warm Caribbean weather, beautiful Caribbean beaches, sexy black and white women, good music, and one of the most historically unique cities in the Western Hemisphere (at least until gringo "moves in").

Got all except for the "historically unique city", in Sosua without the hassles. If anyone has been in Havana lately, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm under the impression that chica availability has declined radically.
Great report on Lima, Ceviche. You really took the time to get a wide spectrum of acitivities while you were in Lima. From traveling to Cusco and San Sabastien and all the other great activities in Lima. Trying David's girls really was a plus and the ontly thing 'missing' was attending one of Sly One's parties. Your report should go onto Reports of Distinction.

Ironically, Sosua is in fact historically unique (although it's hardly a "city")- it's was created as the ONLY refuge in the planet that was created to accept Jewish refugees from Germany during the Nazi era. You can learn about it by going to the Jewish Museum and Synagogue located right next to the Sea Breeze hotel. And after that 10 minute dose of the historical uniqueness of Sosua, you can go back to the pursuits of shagging hot local chics and lying on the beach.
Oh, and BTW, Santo Domingo is also historically unique, and it IS a city. It's the first European settlement in the Western Hemisphere - founded by Christopher Columbus in 1492.
You guys seem to be making a very strong case for The Dominican Republic...
A "hassle free" country, with good rum, great cigars, warm Caribbean weather, beautiful Caribbean beaches, sexy black and white women, good music, and historical significance.
God, I hope to visit such a paradise...
