450 euros is about 10,000kc and that means 2500kc/hour, which is less than some agencies with blurred faces charge! That's why the VIP agencies can be a good deal for the longer meetings, the per hour price gets less. I visit Czechia and Prague quite regularly so I know all about the Koruna exchange rates but for someone coming from the UK it is still not expensive.

Don't forget that even if the prices are getting closer to each other, wages and incomes in UK are still a lot higher than in Czech Republic so more money to spend...
