Manila
Dashing Don is correct, my mate tried to Barfine one of the "A list showgirls" and the Mama said it was not allowed. However, after the show a few of the showgirls met us at the Bronx. We partied for a few hours, bought plenty of food and drinks for the girls. He did get her phone # and met her several days later on her day off.
Some of the showgirls we partied with.

More of the girls.
As others have mentioned, LA Cafe has a lot of old, ugly skanks, but there are some definite gems to be found if you are patient.

My best experience was with a very attractive Spanish/Pinay looking Filipina from Mindanao named Michelle. She had natural d cup breasts and a curvy latin body. Her only flaw was an old scar on her neck (usually covered by her hair). She said she got it in a trike accident in Mindanao, but with all of the violence there who knows what really happened.

She was new to Manila - no cellphone, jewelry - and had never been in an elevator. She was great - I spent the last 4 days of my trip with her. She only asked for some cheap shampoo. Of course, I took her out to eat and gave her some $ when I left as she was really desperate being so naive and provincial in Manila.

Has anyone seen here? I would appreciate any info.

Ok, my first night in Manila.
I was first in LA Cafe. It's a nice place, saw many good looking girls. Though I couldn't enjoy because always some girls came to me asked my the typical 5 questions, like what is your name, where did you come from, first time in Manila, how long do you stay, are you here for business trip or tourist..?
Well, the good looking once unfortunatelly came not. :-(
Nevertheless the place is good and I will go there again.
The other bars around LA Cafe are not very exciting. There is a place in Ermita not far from LA Cafe where there are alot of street *****s. Nothing special didn't saw I cutie when I walked there.
Then I went to Jooles. Nice club but not too impressive. Can't say that the girls there where prettier than elsewhere. Lady drink is expensive there (350 Pesos)
Friday a club opposit of Jooles had some very pretty girls. Just most of the customer where Japanese. Barfine for a girl is 3500 Pesos.
Mirrors at Royal Bellagio is nothing speciall. Some girls who train their dance steps, expensive drinks.
On the street outside the bars are alot of Streetwalkers. Many Ladyboys also, be carefull when you choose a girl from there.
At least I went to a bar called Rouges or similar. The bar had alot of girls, but not high quality. When I enter immediatly 3 or 4 girls surrounded me and every one asked me the same 5 questions and start to give me a shoulder massage. Than I saw a cutie dancing at a table. I simled her and she came to me, I got rid of the other girls, barfined that girl (Barfine was 1500 Pesos) and had a very good night with her. Her name is sheila 20 years and had a very sexy body and nice face.

LA cafe is in the Ermita section of Manila (in MM) and Jools is in the Makati section of Metro Manila.

Where is Mirrors and Rouge?

Haven't been there yet, but don't YOU have to talk/go to the pretty looking ones insteading of sitting at your table, drinking and waiting for a stunner?

Mirros and Rouges are also in Macati. I was now in some bars in Burgos street /Macati and found there alot of very beautiful girls, but the prices are high here. I found out today that the barfine is only a barfine and not the loan of the girl. I had yesterday a nice looking girl from Rouges and thought the barfine includes anything like in AC. I tipped her next morning 1000 Pesos, because I did her Anal and it was her first time. She didn't say anything, she even asked me if I would come again to Rouges and barfine her. Buuuuut, today I found out in the Burgos bars that the barfine is really only to take the girl out and than the girls expect about 2500 for ST and 3000 - 5000 for LT. That is really silly, because there are good looking streetwalkers in Burgos who do even Anal for 1500 Pesos for ST (I don't mean the ladyboys who are also there to find).

That is not so easy since as soon as I enter the club the ugly once came to me and start asking me questions. So, I have to tell them I am not interested, but they do not notice. They are persistent and irritating me. I would expect to go to the club have a look and than flirt to the one I like. But, in LA Cafe it's not so. The desperate ugly once besiege me and let me no chance to have a own choose. Also, to see the face of a girl means not that she has also a pretty body. So, it's not as easy to find the best looking girl in LA Cafe.

Well, some update from today.
I made the experience that the transport with Taxi is a real pain in the ass. Needs alot of time to come from Makati to LA Cafe and there it's difficult to get a Taxi back.
I tried to visit EDSA Entertainment Complex. A place with many bars in a district of Manila far away from Makati and Ermita. Something with P but forget the name of the district.
Well, I didn't enter because they checked me at the entrance and found my photo camera. I was all day in the city and took my photo camera with me. It's not allowed to take a photo camera into EDSA Entertainment Complex. I could let the camera at the front door and enter, but I decide not to enter. I know the place from my first visit 7 years ago and it's most likely a good place with many bars inside.
On the way I saw some bigger bars at the coastal road. Seems that they are also Gogo Bars. They are not far from SM Asia Department store.
This evening I made the mistake to hear at the advice of a taxi driver. He brought me to a gogo bar where the girls dance naked. Since some time naked dancer are forbidden in some districts, like Makati, Ermita and even in AC, but in one district of Manila they are still allowed. The name of the Club was Miss Universal or similar. Buuut, I enter and left at once. Looked like a theater with a stage. Some not very pretty girls danced topless and hundreds of Korean and Chinese sat on tables and looked. Is not interesting for Westerner.
I will try to change my flight schedule and go back to Bangkok. The girls in Manila are more pretty than the Bangkok girls, but also Manila is not so comfortable than Bangkok is and Bangkok is much cheaper on the long run.

The "district" is Pasay, where EDSA Ent. Complex is. It is not that far from Makati nor Ermita. By taxi from Makati took me about 15 mins to EDSA.

Yes the District is Pasay and if you made it in 15 minutes than you had no traffic jam. I start from LA Cafe at about 6 o'clock and arrived in EDSA one hour later. Well, ok first I didn't found a free taxi, went to the ocean road and had there also no luck. Went down to the fruit market and there I catch a taxi which brought me there. Just it was a big traffic jam at the ocean road and it needs quite long to come there.

I was in Manila for the first time last summer and had one of the best experiences of my life. The nightlife was great and many of the women are beautiful, friendly, and make great short- and long-time girlfriends.

I arrived just after sunset after a short flight from Bangkok, which was a very nice place too, maybe more interesting as a conventional tourist destination than the Philippines. The first thing I remember was all the passengers walking through customs also being greeted by a three-piece band singin "Country Roads". I tipped my hat ot them as I passed by and they returned my smile. I had no hotel reservation so first thing I needed to find was an internet cafe. I ignored the taxi louts and simply walked down the road to the first hotel I came across. I didn't have any problems finding an ATM machine to get some local currency ($1 USD = 50pesos approximately) and I soon found a store in the hotel lobby that I could surf.

One thing I want to clarify to anyone who may have read the various forums here and has never actually been to Manila is that Manila, Ermita, and Makati are actually all cities/locales that are all part of the same larger metropolis. I had the mistaken impression that the City of Makati for instance with it's own separate forum here was some significant distance from Manila. It is actually only about 15 minutes drive away. So I was pleasantly surprised to find my mongering options were greatly expanded for my brief stay.

Based on recommendations made in the forum, I decided that the Cherry Blossoms Hotel in Ermita would be the best deal. So I walked back to the airport and got a cab. Now the scam with taxis is that they will often charge a much higher price to foreign tourists, which is true in every country in asia. But since I bought a pre-paid ticket from a booth for 500p, at least I figured they weren't going to try and up-sell me half way there. As it turned out later, taxi fare back from the hotel to the airport ended up being less than 200p so either I got ripped off or the airport formally rips-off every tourist. I think next time I will try to get the hotel down the road to order a taxi for me. I think someone here also mentioned to try and get a metered taxi from the upstairs departure area.

For some reason the taxi lout that I ended going with was not the taxi driver at all but merely the facillitator. He was a friendly enough guy but I thought it strange that he accompanied me in the taxi to the hotel. This was probably another strong indication that I drastically overpaid for the taxi fare. Normally I would reject to this but since I was completely new and had no real sense of the actual cost of things, I let them take me.

So I get to the hotel and had no problem getting a room without a reservation. The non-driving taxi lout stayed with me the whole time and after getting the key to my room, he asked if he could have a tip. I explained that I thought the 500p was plenty of a tip for him and the driver and declined accordingly.

The room itself was cheap at around 1600p but it was also a big disapointment. It was small and dark, with the A/C covering most of the small window. Worst of all was there were a few cockroaches in the room, one of them was actually crawling around in the fridge/mini-bar when I looked inside it! Well I decided that my stay would be for the one night only.

I showered and changed to get ready to check out the infamous LA Cafe. From the forums I was able to determine that it was only a few blocks from the hotel so I simply started to walk in the general direction. As it turned out, I got a little lost walking around in the dark. The Robinson's Mall is directly across the street but was totally closed. I eventually came across a street that had a number of bars on it. Most of the bars were empty or very slow. But when I came across the busiest one on the corner, it turned out to be the LA Cafe, absolutely packed. The doorman told me that they were too crowded and I would have to wait for ten or twenty mintues. I could see that it was true for sure but I could also see a number of guys standing around wearing these dark blue nylon jackets with something like "MPD" or "NBI" in large yellow letters on the back. I said I would come back later and I sauntered off back to a restaurant I had previously passed down the street.

The restaurant/bar was empty except for about three or four middle-aged European looking guys. I figured that perhaps they were the owners or friends of the owners. The food was not particularily great and that is the one disappontment with the Philippines: while the food is not bad in general, it is not great either especially when compared to Thailand or Hong Kong. I suppose there must be some good dining places somewhere in Manila but for the most part I didn't discover any during my brief stay.

Back at LA Cafe, I got inside no problem. The guys with the jackets were gone. It was very crowded with all sorts of people but also with lots of girls giving me enthusiastic looks and smiles. Many of them seemed older and not particularily attractive but there were still a few intriguing looking ones. I discovered the upstairs where they had a live band playing. They were very good -obviously very professional and polished performers in almost every sense. The next band after them was even better - they would cover everything from rap songs to singing The Platter's "Only You" acapella.

I eventually started a conversation with two girls at a table next to the dance floor. One of them was attractive with bright red lipstick and was very outgoing. The other was perhaps a little younger, slightly more plump than her friend, and shy but with a very cute and friendly smile. There was a third girl there too but I cannot remember anything about her so I assume she just was nothing attractive. I bought all three of them beers through the night. We danced to the music with at one point all three of them dancing tight all around me. Maybe I should have been a little embarassed about it but I was having fun with the good music and beer.

Eventually the lipstick girl suggested that me, her, and the shy girl go back to my hotel. I asked about price and she said 3000p for both of them. Sounded good to me so, after deciding we didn't need a cab, we walked back to the Cherry Blossom hotel which they obviously already knew the way to. The clerk at the front desk made the girls show them their ID and they had to sign in. It was a slightly embarassing moment for me but the girls seemed nonchalant about it and I assumed all the hotels did the same thing.

I had tried a three-some once before, turning out perhaps not as ideal as I had fantasized it to be, so it was quite exciting to try it again with these girls once we got setled down. They started off with a double blow job. The girl with the lipstick vigorously and expertly flicked her tongue around my shaft, looking at me mischieviously, while the other girl sucked on my balls. Great stuff!

I got to fuck the lipstick girl first but when I moved to eventually fuck the shy girl, they insisted that I put on a brand new condom. What the-? It completely killed the mood and it was like starting the whole thing over from scratch.

I eventually got back into it after a little while with the shy girl bending forward over the bed while I stood and fucked her from behind. I of course wanted the other girl too but she said she didn't have any more condoms. Well so much for a threesome experience. I needed to somehow now finish only with this one girl. It started me to take a long time to orgasm, and I explained that I usually take a long time to come using a condom. The two of them discussed something briefly in Tagalog and the next thing I know the condom has yanked off and I was sliding in and out of this girl's pussy bare-back. This definitely reinvigoarated me and I really got into it again as the sensation was much better. I grabbed her waist with both hands as tight as I could to make sure she wouldn't suddenly change her mind and try to get away. She said to make sure that I didn't come inside her but I shot the first spurt of semen deep inside her before I pulled out and spent the rest of it on her smooth derriere.

They both cleaned up, left their phone number with me, and left. I was tired so I'm glad they decided not to stay. I had almost dozed off when the phone rang - it was the front desk informing me that my two guests were leaving. A bit strange but I guess alright. Were they checking to make sure I hadn't been robbed and/or killed?

The next morning I went for the free breakfast. It was a single fried egg, piece of toast, and a sausage - except I guess the idea of a sauage in the Philippines is a boiled hot dog weiner!

After walking around Robinson's Mall for a fair amount, with no signs of the supposed free lancers at all, I found another internet cafe to surf in. After doing some more research, I checked out of the Cherry Blossom hotel and moved to check into the Oxford Suites in Makati. I definitely don't recommend the Cherry Blossom Hotel, mainly because of the cockroaches I guess.

(To be continued in Makati section).

LAW,
ST rooms are 550 with one girl, 800 if you have tw in tow. Rooms are OK, size varies, #105 is almost like a regular Hotel room. They sell Condoms at check-in, just ask if you need some.

Nice report. Even if your first time there, I think you got it! Now I look forward to your Makati report.
I was in Manila for the first time .. I think someone here also mentioned to try and get a metered taxi from the upstairs departure area...
Can obviously not be said often enough: go upstairs at arrival area, get help from the guards there and pay metered taxi only 170-200 peso (3,5-4 USD) to LA Cafe.
In my mind: never ever take fixed price if can be avoided. Why on earth should fixed price be lower than the metered price the driver of course is very well aware of?
One thing I want to clarify to anyone ..that Manila, Ermita, and Makati are actually all cities/locales that are all part of the same larger metropolis. ...
Yes for us it is the same, someone one this board claim they are different cities but never mind.
LA Cafe is north-west in Ermita (1000 peso for ST), a place you should visit 10-11 pm as you did.
Makati is the office and business area, an expensive area more south-east (maybe up to 3000 peso for barfine, but you also can find SW here 1500-2000 for LT). In rush hour, practically from 1pm to 8pm, it is up to 1 hour drive away, but only 200 peso in metered taxi though.
Somewhere in the midle of them is EDSA Complex.
The room itself was cheap at around 1600p but it was also a big disapointment. ...Well I decided that my stay would be for the one night only.
For 2400 peso you get a 2 floor "suite", a much better deal.
Eventually the lipstick girl suggested that me, her, and the shy girl go back to my hotel. I asked about price and she said 3000p for both of them. ....
Quite normal, the only way both of them could have a job that night. Normal price ST is 1000 peso. Yes, they are sellers!
I had almost dozed off when the phone rang - it was the front desk informing me that my two guests were leaving. A bit strange but I guess alright. Were they checking to make sure I hadn't been robbed and/or killed?
Some kind of. You dont need to worry since all girls know they will be checked when they leave.
After walking around Robinson's Mall for a fair amount, with no signs of the supposed free lancers at all,...
Did you go to 2nd floor? Walk slowly like a tourist and they find you. Or go jeepny for 10 peso to Harrison Plaza shopping mall in 2nd floor. But be aware the freelancers often have some mamasan there trying to take too much money from you.

BTW, learn some names and take jeepney around. Then pay only 10 peso, thats my 20 cent !

I agree with Girlfinder and Jackson that Paisiello's report was great. The latter mentions cockroaches at CB Motel. That's why I'm staying at The Midland Plaza, which is adjacent: my friend who stayed at CB was unimpressed with his room, even after he swapped, and adjudged it poor value for money. AT US$40, I suspect The Midland Plaza may be good value and it's similarly close to Robinson's Mall.
